Classic Espresso Lungo Double Wall Stainless Steel Cup Set of 2, 8 Ounces Verre Collection (Burgundy)

These double-wall stainless steel cups from the Verre Collection are beautiful and functional. A great value and a purchase I was so pleased with that I ordered 2 additional sets of cups immediately after trying out my first set. After purchasing a Nespresso Essenza Mini, I was hoping to find a "travel style" cup that would be compatible with my new espresso machine and would be suitable for taking my espresso beverages with me in the car on the way to work. These cups are the perfect size - for my machine as well as the espresso beverages I'm making - and, they keep the espresso nice and hot, while the cup remains cool to the hand. The ridges on the outside of the cup add to the beauty of the design, and they make the cup easy and pleasant to hold. The colors of the cups are gorgeous! I purchased 3 sets - one in burgundy; one in blue; and, one in black. Another reviewer said that she enjoyed these cups as well for drinking fruit and vegetable juices and even a glass of wine! They are the perfect size for a glass of milk to go with some cookies, too. They do a great job of keep hot beverages hot and cold beverages cold. I had one observation to share about using these cups for my espresso drinks - for some reason, the crema on the espresso and lungo drinks does not seem to have the same "staying power" as it does in ceramic or glass cups, but I may be able to improve that by heating the Verre cup with hot water before making my espresso. Other than that, these cups are wonderful. I'm really enjoying them. Great purchase!

Just what I wanted, a nice insulated stainless cup for my bathroom. This one won't break when it might hit the tile floor. In fact I like it so well I'm going to order 6 more.

We just wanted some small, durable cups to travel with and these seem to be up for the task. We have not had them long, but my wife was really impressed with them.

Like the other reviews said, the paint will chip off no matter how careful you are with them. I only hand wash and already, the paint around the rims are chipping off. I was hoping it would hold up longer.

After a year of daily usage, the paint start to peel off. This is actually very dangerous as the paint dissolve around the edge where you put your lips on each time you take a sip.I actually never put those cups in the dishwasher.

Terrific value: stylish, durable, and keeps my lungos nice and warm for a good long time! Highly recommended.

They are gorgeous and feel great in your hand. The ridged design also enhances grip. I love them.
