I was led to believe this was a study guide when, in fact its more of a hands on approach with a instructor.I needed a diagnosis with questions and answer type format.I also tried to return/exchange for another purchase which I did not see in cart?I purchased another study guide...the real deal!!! When will I be able to return the other item?...M.Y.
