This water pump has been a fantastic purchase, and I’m honestly impressed by how well it performs, especially for the price. It’s very affordable, but it doesn’t feel cheap at all. The build quality is solid, and it has a sleek, clean look that fits in nicely whether you’re using it at home, in the office, or even outdoors.Functionally, it works great—smooth, consistent flow and no hiccups. It fits perfectly on a standard 5-gallon water jug and installs easily without any hassle. One of the things I appreciate most is that it doesn’t affect the taste of the water at all. This is easy to install & fits on the water neck but we did it a little differently & out a hole on the cap. It’s precise & doesn’t spell once you turn it off so it’s really functional. We used it a lot because we drink a lot of water so the battery life doesn’t last but we can charge it while using it. We used it on a 5 gallon water jug so I don’t think it would reach the bottle on a larger gallon capacity if there is one. Not sure about the water retention but like I said it doesn’t spill.

A bit loud, but it works well for the price! Great alternative to dealing with dispensers and having to clean them every other month. Only downside is that it fills a bit slow but the stream is stable so you can just leave it on and fill your jug or whatever while you go about other things.

I ordered this water pump on November 16, 2022. Unfortunately it did not fit my 5 gallon tank, however I still use it to this day because although it doesn’t seal, it does manage to stay on. It was easy to assemble, and add on top of my 5 gallon tank, it’s not too noisy, and it looks just like the picture. Unfortunately, recently I’ve started noticing that the overall battery life seems to have started deteriorating as it now has a harder time staying charged for long periods unlike before. I remember a charge lasting up to a few days, whereas now it lasts maybe a day or two. Regardless, it still works well enough that I don’t regret my purchase as it has definitely been a lovely product and I’d definitely recommend it, hopefully you’ll be smarter about checking the size (unlike me).

For a couple of years now, I have been using a ceramic crock with my 3 gallon bottle placed on top. I have often discovered mildew growing inside the rim of the crock before the bottle is consumed and have had to pay attention to that, with frequent bleach washing of the crock. I decided to try this device and it has made a lot of difference for me so far. Fortunately, my 3 gallon bottle sits upright in the frame that the croc sat in and the pump is working well. However, consumers need to know that you also need to get some silicone caulk to put around the spigot where it inserts into the pump. The directions were vaguely hinting at this (lost in translation), and the AI on Amazon told me there was nothing to indicate that I needed caulk. However, after suffering through leaking, I used some kitchen and bath silicone that I happen to have and had to wait 24 hours for it to dry. Now it works beautifully with no leaks. The product description and instructions need improvement.5/16/25 UPDATE: this failed after two 3 gallon bottles. It dies after each 3 gallon use, and then refused to recharge. It was good while it lasted, but luckily for me, it's still within the return window. Disappointed.

I have these three large water jugs and didn't know how to put them to good use. This item works perfectly and is the perfect answer to my problem.

I'm old and out of shape so being able to hoist a 5 gallon bottle of water into a cooler was out of the question. I bought this neat little water pump for less than $10 and set my bottle up on a stool in the kitchen. This water pump is Just the right level and easy to turn on and off to get my water as needed. It runs for a minute it's left unattended, then shuts off automatically. But that's only happened to me one time since I'm usually just filling up a cup or a small pot For water. Very handy and could be used in a number of situations. But for me, I'm quite content having it in my kitchen to be able to get freshwater as needed without a hassle.

Bought this after seeing the set up my son had and telling him that I was about go purchase a $228 water dispenser system. This pump has saved me so much money and space as I don’t have cases of water stacked on the floor.
