Fits Well
It is a perfect fir for my Canon 18-135 USM. I really purchased it to protect my lens instead of a UV filter. It goes on and comes off with no problems. No effect on pictures when using it. In the stored (backwards) position, my lens cap still goes on without any problem. All in all, works exactly as it should, and a good price.

Good buy
Just little confused. It supposed to be EW-73D, but on the hood it shows LH-73D. Other than that it fits perfectly on my lens. Easy on and easy off. I think those people who complained the hood being difficult to put on or take off their lens, you probably got the wrong one. It took me a while to make sure this one is the right one to fit my canon efs 18-135mm IS USM lens, I even went to canon website to double checked. Great price compair to Canon one.

I think the ppl that are complaining order the wrong one so, Be careful and order the right one for you Lens. There is a difference I almost got the wrong one. I have the Nano UMS Canon 18-135 Lens Not the STM one. So if u have the Nano UMS get the Altura LH 73D It work great. I just love the push button lock & release button and it's reversible. Great price.

I like this one
I had a "no-name" 73b lens hood before for my STM lens. I like this one, Altura 73D much better. Both models work with my lens and functionally they both work the same but this one has a lock/release button and just looks a bit nicer. I paid the same price for both, (Canon EW-73D Replacement) Altura Photo Lens Hood for Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM Lens so this one is the better deal.

Ideal para lente EFS 18-135mm Nano USM
El parasol entra y ajusta perfectamente en la lente que se describe. El seguro que tiene permite usarse sin riesgo de que salga accidentalmente, es necesario oprimir el botón de liberación para poder extraerlo.Cuando el parasol se coloca de manera invertida (reversible) también ajusta muy bien y la cámara puede guardarse en la mochila casi como si no lo tuviera.Recomiendo ampliamente el producto.

Dramatic difference
Works as advertised. This really helped my photos. Most of the sun glare is gone from my photos. Really makes a difference.

It does fit a bit better on my 18-135 USM
I was using the 73B version from a previous 18-135 lens. I just happened to find this while looking for a lens hood for a different 67mm lens (the 10-18 mm lens takes the 73C version).It does fit a bit better on my 18-135 USM. I like the click and button release feature. The "tulip" shape is also a bit different than the 73B.
