Quality For Price
Bought this months ago and it took awhile to appreciate the quality. No, this is not a pricey flashy high-end knife but it is well balanced and not too heavy. Will take a good edge and is not difficult to sharpen. Many of the new designs are heavy knives, something like the Japanese deba, and in practical use are a little awkward and hard to resharpen with a thick blade. On this knife the wood handle does take some care but the feel of wood is nice.
