So the video only records if I purchase an additional subscription… not a fan of the bait and switch. The motion detection will sometimes go off, and there’s no one in the frame. I’m guessing someone walked by and before it could snap a picture, they’re out of the frame. Set up was a little tricky, even though I followed the step by step instructions. Picture quality was good. I had to purchase a separate male to female USB extension cord so I could set the camera where I wanted it. 5 days later the picture quality changed… no longer am I getting colors, it looks like grayscale. I’m not happy and will be returning this item.

I like the picture quality in light or darkness.the motion sensor is great.it is very discrete and easy to position with other electronics.BUTit will not stay connected. half of the time is reconnecting.it is not a power supply issue or network issue for sure. as i had a similar but a different model camera which had no such reconnecting problem.This problem nullify its purpose.

The instructions and installation were a bit confusing but once figured out works great. The only other thing I would improve on is the sound quality and playback. When reviewing the videos that was recorded it is hard to hear and most of the time it didn't pick up on anyone speaking.

Terrible.1. Apps store download is required to use the camera and that app requires cloud service registration. (In other words you're going to be paying to use the camera you bought. Multiple popups attempt to get you to buy cloud storage for the recordings, and the app makes it clear that if you do not register for a cloud account, you will lose the ability to use the app and this camera in future updates.2. The camera trashed a brand new microSD card. The card was already formatted and was recognized, but the camera said it had to format it. After that the card was useless even when attempting to fix it in a PC.3. Video is good quality resolution, but Black and White not color.4. Night vision isn't able to be controlled and seems to just want to be on all the time even in a very well lit room. (Might be the source of the lack of color video.)5. Good luck actuallly getting it to point where you want. The flexible part is only a bit flexy. After bending it about 90 degrees and letting go, it returned to about a 10 degree angle.6. Interface needs work. When I clicked the record button, then went to view the playback. I saw "event" based recordings, but the one I explicitly clicked record for was no where to be found.Getting connected to the camera was a bit of a pain. There's two buttons to "add cameras" but you can't actually use those you have to swipe down from the top of the screen. (Which is an OS gesture so yeah... problem there.) After a few moments of frustration the camera will be discovered. When you click to add it, it disappears and you go back to having to swipe down. After a few times it finally works.The short of it is no. I wouldn't reccomend this product. Privacy issues/concerns asside, there's just too many glitches, and the vendor is not upfront about the cloud service app requirement.

POS save your money… unable to get to connect… could not get app to read QR code… tried direct and taking pictures same after 2 hours of waisted time… Reset the camera several times .. same… also requires a cloud account to add the camera… None of that was mentioned in the description… would not recommend.

A little difficult to set up instructions were vague and evidently old. Didn't operate like the instructions said had to trial and error the setup till I got it.
