I've noticed less bloating and more productive bowel movements since I started taking Micro Biome about a month ago. One of the better colon cleanse products that I've tried, and it's not harsh or hard on your stomach like some of the other brands.

no cramping or shakes with this product, and for me to order anything like this for a 2nd time will tell you that it truly does work. I have had so many problems with my going to the bathroom issues for years and this product truly is the 1st one that has me going on a regular basis. I recently learned the importance of balancing the microbiome to improve health and I was introduced to some amazing supplements that heal your microbiome. They are very expensive and so I thought I'd research alternative solutions to save some money. I found the Microbiome Plus on Amazon and was thrilled, this was just what I was hoping to find! I bought all of the products to work together and give me optimal support... The first day I had no energy, by day 2 I was bloated and constipated, on day 3 I was constipated and experiencing explosive, stinky gas and felt lot of abdominal pain and nausea. Needless to say I happily returned to paying more money on products that really are healing my gut and helping me feel amazing. Some things are just worth the money. This product is not.

So I just recently used this "colon cleanse". The bottom line is it is just a mild laxative. It says it is a laxative with powerful detox properties and offers fast relief from digestive problems. It did not resolve any digestive problems for me. It also did not "cleanse" me in the way I would have expected or have experienced with other colon cleanses. It is gentle and did not cause me any discomfort so that is a plus. I used it as directed. However, I did not see a increase or change in my BM at all (sorry but I feel the need to share my true experience here). I did not buy it for weight loss but I did not lose any weight from using it. I also did not feel increase energy from it. In my experience, I would classify it as a gentle laxative that someone with mild constipation may want to use.
