Dog Bone Cake Pan & Pawsome Cake Mix (Peanut Butter)

My baby boy Baxter turned 13 and recently had a very serious surgery (it went successful thankfully!) so I wanted to make sure he had an extra special birthday and this was so great for him! He loved eating the cake, although I only let him have small pieces each day :P but he gobbled it up no problem. I ordered the Peanut Butter Flavor PAWSOME Doggie Cake Mix and the Dog Bone Cake Pan and both came in the mail in perfect condition. I was surprised at how nice the cake pan was, decent size & when you pour in the cake mix (1 box) it is the perfect amount! I had plenty of the cake left over to give as a snack each day. The directions were super easy and to the "T" correct (didn't over cook or burn it!) and making the frosting was super easy as well. I'm sure anyone else's dog would love to have this so I highly recommend it!!

The peanut butter Puppycake was simple and easy to make. Baked for 20 minutes in the Pawsome Doggie Bone pan and it came out perfectly. As other reviewers have noted the icing that comes with the cake is not great. I added 2 heaping spoon fulls of peanut butter and a little extra water to the mix and voila it was a nice spread consistency and taste for the cake. My birthday pup and his brother approved. They devoured their slices and kept whining for more because they knew it was still on the table (where we had initially put them for pictures). Very happy with the purchase and would buy again.

I used the pan for each of my dogs birthdays. The cake came out of the pan very easy and it was easy to wash. The cake mix was peanut butter which my girls love. Will order cake mix again when birthday time rolls around

My dog loved this cake, I know it's not meant for people but we gave it a try and thought it was pretty good too lol. However, I did not use the icing, I followed the instructions and it was too powdery, then I added more water the the texture was way too water, I was not able to get it right, but the cake was good without it. I gave my dog a slice and he has not had any tummy issues. Also, the cake pan is very good quality and I plan to use it again for his next birthday.

Easy to bake the cake and make the frosting. The cake turned out great. The peanut butter cake mix smelled so good that I wanted to try some. My dog loved it on his birthday. He ate too much that it upset his stomach. Next time I'll limit the portions.

I loved this cake and so did my puppy. I bought this for her 1st birthday party. It was easy to mix together and bake. All 5 puppies at the party loved it! It was a huge hit.Side notes:-It was a crumbly cake so I recommend not serving over carpet.-My pup didn’t have horrible gas after. She’s gassy everyday but this didn’t seem to make it worse which I was thankful for.-The silicon Pan was easy to clean, literally there was no cake residue on the side so I threw it in the dishwasher. I do recommend you wipe it dry instead of air dry as water spots did tend to appear but thats normal.

Cake turned out well. Icing never got thick. Will not purchase again because of icing. Seller stated they just used peanut butter instead of icing. Won’t pay for product I can’t use.

I ordered this for my elderly dog to celebrate her 15th birthday. The silicone pan is very nice quality, and the cake mix was very easy to make. It’s pretty disgusting, I won’t lie (I tried it- don’t judge me) but the dog ate it like it was the most high-quality dessert she ever ate. Would definitely recommend this to anyone else who throws parties for their dogs.
