I have tried many different products in my attempt to lose weight. This is why I’m so happy to share this review with you. Not only is this product helping me to achieve my weight loss goals, but I’m feeling several other positive benefits, as well. As you can see in the first picture compared to the second picture, my body clearly shows a huge difference in my weight. I started at 210 pounds on June 8th and as of this date I’m at 185 pounds. This may be a lot for many but only I know how good it feels to be here. I have followed the instructions and took one pill for the first 5 days and moved to 2 pills a day from the 6th day on and have made sure to drink at least 2 liters of water a day with them. My favorite part is how it makes me feel so full almost all the time and I don’t feel like eating junk food or taking any sugar anymore. I think that’s probably one of the biggest reasons I lost weight. Obviously there are other factors too, but they’re all interlinked with it somehow. I have started walking, and a bit of yoga at home. I had no motivation to do that before and that’s probably because of my low energy levels that have now improved so much that I just feel like doing some physical activity once a day at least. This product is totally revolutionary in my opinion and heaven sent. I normally get terrible heartburn and upset stomach with most things and this hasn’t caused that for me at all. It not only gives me the energy to work harder at my weight loss but also a new drive, determination and confidence. Everyone who knows me says they can see the differences since I started with it for the better. There is no magic pill or miracle pill but this product does work wonders and I believe if you take them as directed you can also get positive results. I’ve already got another bottle on the way before I even run out and plan to continue on them until I’m back to my goal weight range and probably longer to keep it in check. I’m down a little over 5lbs in just one week. Granite I’ve also been doing some exercises, and wearing a waist trainer. I originally started with these because I can’t afford any type of GLP-1. This product really does help suppress my appetite. It gives me some extra energy too. I’m sleeping better at night as well! I take one after I wake up and sometimes another one around 3-4p. The quality and quantity are a great deal! I hope the price stays the same so that it’s affordable for us that it works well for. 🙂

So I don’t know! I feel like this could be making me more gassy and bloated. I take one pill twice a day with meals. Appreciate any guidance. I took them for about a month and felt it kickstart my digestion and then had to take a break and started back up again.

I’ve been using this Apple Cider Vinegar Keto supplement for a few weeks now, and I’m really happy with the results. It’s easy to take, doesn’t have the strong vinegar taste, and fits perfectly into my daily routine. I’ve noticed better appetite control and more steady energy throughout the day. I have bought this product twice.The first two bottle of pills did actually help me lose almost 8 pounds of course with the diet and exercise, then I ordered second time because this pill was working for me, and I thought it would be best to order before I finish so I don’t have to wait for it to arrive late or anything.I just received mine three days ago. I didn’t bother to check but yesterday when I opened the new bottles that’s when I saw the difference. The new pills was different in colors. They were like more white and the old one was more brownish. Also, the new one is smaller in size compared to the old one. The peels from the first order was much larger in size if you compare, I’m gonna add the pictures for you guys to see and I checked the ingredients. That’s when I noticed the difference. I’m gonna put the pictures ,in the ingredients of the first one where it says #### Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Palmitate) was 50mg 56% and in the second one ##### Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) is only 10mg 11%. at first, I didn’t know what it was when I searched. I found out that it was the main ingredients like to burn the fat or melt the fat and as you guys can notice like they reduce the amount like significantly on the second bottle when I try to contact them to return there was an option to return, but I couldn’t get a hold of the seller. There was number to call them I called tried calling the number But nobody picked up the phone and it was going straight to the voicemail please you guys I don’t know if you guys are buying it for the first time or the second time. Make sure you guys check what you guys are ordering,Because when you’re paying the same amount of money and not getting the same amount of product for that money, I don’t think it’s worth it and you can’t even return the item you can’t even contact the seller. I don’t think it’s worth buying this product.

So much easier to take than drinking apple cider vinegar itself. After a few days I can feel my appetite lessen, I don’t feel like snacking as much. I also feel a boost of energy but not jittery like caffeine would give me. I don’t like the feeling of the jitters so this has been great for energy boost.

i lost 3 kilos in a week. suppressed my food intake. but dont have any bad feeling in my body and can sleep normally.
