This is a replacement. My original one did its job. I accidentally dropped my phone on a tile floor. The protector cracked but my phone was unharmed.

I drop my phones all the time sadly..so having protection that works is super important to me. I have used other camera covers for my iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro, none of which actually worked at all..those covers either fell off whenever I dropped my phone or made the camera function so poorly (distortion because of low quality cover transparency) that I gave up on them.I saw this in a big box store locally and it looked like a solid product, so I of course checked the price and reviews here and bought it to have it shipped asap. It arrived in perfect condition, perfect packaging, directly sold by Amazon. :)It comes with the standard set of cleaning peripherals you get when you are adding tempered glass to the front of your phone..which of course is great and very useful!I attached the cover with ease after cleaning the camera area and removing the dust with the included items in the box. And this cover has stayed on my phone ever since I installed it (about 3 weeks ago now). It has stayed on through many drops, massive temperature extremes (20F-90F), probably 300-500 photos, and just the constant jostling of a phone that is in and out of a pocket, purse and other places all day, every day.I would recommend this camera cover without any hesitation and would give it 10 stars if I could..it is head & shoulders above the others I have tried and absolutely worth every penny (especially given how much Apple charges if your camera breaks, which happened to my son).

I had this lens protector less than a month before it cracked — right across two of the lens 'covers.' As time went on, dust/lint began collecting in the crack and affecting the quality of photos taken with my iPhone 14 Pro.At that point, I checked the packaging (which I'd saved) and started the warranty process. Emails back and forth but managed to successfully jump through ALL the hoops, including screen shots of both my Amazon order and my invoice, and a photo of the cracked lens protector.Note: my phone had not been dropped. This crack came from normal wear-and-tear, such as taking the phone in and out of pockets, setting it on the charger and on a table covered with a tablecloth. No rough stuff whatsoever. The crack, as seen in the photo, extends completely across from side to side of the lens protector. On the left side in the photo (which is actually the bottom end of the lens protector when it's installed), the crack extends over the edge and down to the bottom.The lens protector is a flimsy piece of crap that Case-Mate won't stand behind.The warranty is worthless. Case-Mate came back to me with an offer of a 40% off coupon to buy another product of my choice. Customer service won't send a replacement because their product wasn't sold by an "authorized reseller."As far as I'm concerned, the lens protector was offered for sale on the website of the largest retailer in the U.S., and that should be sufficient for Case-Mate. Either the company wants to have a presence on Amazon, or they don't. Parsing it down to seller vs. reseller is ridiculous.Buyers really don't pay attention — or care — whether the item they want comes from an AMAZON AUTHORIZED reseller or not; they certainly have no way of knowing that any item's "warranty" will be voided by the product having been sold by a reseller already vetted by Amazon.The lens protector shipped in an Amazon box. IF the Case-Mate lens protector had arrived with the crack already there, it would have been returned to Amazon.“Not an authorized reseller” is just a lame excuse for not having to replace an item. Case-Mate is acting like a bandit, looking for a way to avoid replacing a lens protector that failed under everyday use.With its “authorized reseller” rule, Case-Mate is just gaming/cheating its offered “warranty.Essentially, Case-Mate proclaims a warranty on its packaging that it has no intention of honoring; I would not be surprised to learn that Case-Mate has other unknown and unknowable “rules” that the customer “violates” so that it never has to provide a replacement product.I did not accept their offer of a 40%-off coupon. I’ll never, ever purchase another Case-Mate product. Their products are not worth either my money or my time.

I don’t know why but the first one cracked. It didn’t damage my camera lens but it did crack. I had to buy another one. Maybe it was pressed down on camera lens too hard. I noticed it has to placed on there just right.

Great quality and protection for your camera lens. Teh easy part of of putting this application is nice. I found this fits well and reallys helps. The price is good and the adhesive is perfect.

I am a very clumsy person and tend to drop my phone often this is the only brands that actually works for a while. It’s nice and thick so it keeps the lenses protected! It fits just like a puzzle piece very easy to apply! My last one lasted for almost 9 months which is super impressive for any screen protector to be so durable! 10/10 recommend

This is the second one I bought for my husbands phone. They both cracked and had divots in then. They were purchased September 2022 and December 2022. Definitely a waste of your money.To know my husband, he is very careful and cautious with his iPhone. He is meticulous about where he keeps it and no one else uses it. So he has no idea how this happened twice. Never dropped his phone, so what is wrong with this camera cover?I will not purchase a third time. Will be looking for a new company to purchase one.What a waste of our money twice over.If you like throwing your money away buy it!I am so disappointed in this company and product.
