I would have left a five-star review except that I went to go purchase this again and The price has increased by 50% since I purchased it recently! That's crazy. Otherwise the product works quite well for my immune system. Not sure if I will continue purchasing this though with that kind of price increase or if I will be looking elsewhere.

I don't usually endorse any specific product as an RN, but I tell my patients to go out and buy this or order it online because it is simply amazing. I have used this product for years and love that it contains many of the herbs that I would drink as teas simply to get the health benefits. With this, you can get over a cold before it takes complete hold of you. It balances your body and even helps you lose some weight with it's fiber content. Whenever I start to feel a sinus infection coming on (that's my body's go-to illness), I up my intake as per the directions and the sinus infection doesn't stand a chance. The formula contains the Chinese herb astragalus, which the Chinese have used for centuries to prevent colds and flu in the wintertime. When you first begin to take it, work up to the full dose. Your body will need time to adjust to the vitamins, minerals and herbs' cleansing and healing properties.

I swear by this stuff; every time I feel like I'm starting to come down with something I take a few of these and am consistently able to fight off whatever sickness was descending. If I do get sick, it's usually not as severe as it might have been. This winter, I've been in close contact with several people who had the FLU and managed to catch only a very mild version (after first completely avoiding it for over a month). These tablets are great stuff for a natural way to boost your general health. I take one or two of these a day, and I just feel "good" all around.
