It came as rolled but even when I open the package, lay it flat for awhile, it doesn't puff back to where it should be. Not a quality foam. I won't recommend it. Very disappointed

I cant get the smell out of this pillow. Its been 10 days since I received it, washed the cover and spritzed with essential oil to help with the strong odor. It is some type of memory foam but not a good density. In my opinion this is not usable near your face, the smell is just too strong and seems as if its not going to leave. If you only want some lift and are using it at your feet it may be okay. I wanted it to use under my neck, so for me it isn't usable. Im not sure how other reviewers got the smell to go away. Cant recommend, wish others hadn't recommended to me.

had to send this back when it came in.Not at all what was advertised it's a smaller and folded up hunk of junk.took awhile to process and I ended up having to drive half way across the universe to a UPS store to return it too.

It was so crunched up in the packaging, but as soon as it was set free, it expanded and opened to a nice shape bolster. Very comfortable. Works great.

I wanted a bolster for support but the memory foam is so soft so my knees just fall in and it offers no support, it just compresses really easily. I was looking for a bolster like physical therapy, massage and chiropractors have to use at home.

The concept of half-moon styling is great and it might work for some, however the foam is so firm and has little to no give. I have a large varicose vein in my one leg particularly and nomatter where I position the pillow it causes pain in the back of my knee and calf. It does help if I sleep on my side but I am mainly a back sleeper.

The pillow comes SUPER vacuum packed, tiniest package when I received it. I was afraid it would be too small for my needs, but it's actually perfect and helps with my knee pain!

Very disappointed in this product. I work in a salon and needed a knee bolster bigger then what I already had. This one came in the mail in a tiny box all rolled up. When I unrolled it I expected it to expand more but it didn’t. This was very small and really no need for this. I do like the extra case for it but way too small of a pillow for the price!

Got this pillow for my knee to help relieving the backpack. It is made with memory foam and works amazingly well. It also comes with 2 pillow cases and the pillow is easy to carry around at home.

Love the shape and quality. An extra cover is bonus. Like them as I bought one more after.

It comes with a very compacted package. Do no worry when you just open up the pack and the memory foam is not in a correct shape, it will change to the right shape eventually （ Took 10 mins for mine to change to the right shape）. There are two pillow covers in the package, so you can wash it anytime you want. There is a small handle on one end of the pillow cover, I found it very useful, for me to grab and place the pillow at a exact position between my legs. The height is just right for me, it relieves the stress of my back pretty good. I saw a same pillow at my chiro, it costs a fortune, this one works the same and is much cheaper. Very satisfied.

This is a great pillow if you can wait for couple days, because it comes in a compressed packaging and takes couple days for it to decompress to its true size. It's a very good size for my work chair and the form is very dense to provide enough support. It also comes with a extra velvet cover which is handy for cleaning. Over all very satisfied with it.
