Don't buy it
I didn't even want to give 1 star. I bought 2 of these not 1 got hot or warm at all and I bought 2 just incase one was a dud. They cost a dollar each and you'd expect what you get for paying a dollar basically. Stick with icy hot. Yeah pricey but results matter more. I'm calling the service number Monday and demanding money back
