Item defective
Product arrived in new, undamaged condition. However, the lid does not fit squarely on the base, making it useless as a precise measuring devise. Item was returned.

Works as well as advertised
The product came with a standard operating procedure that we used to measure the density of some topical creams. You should check and make sure your balance can handle the weight of this product + sample.

Device looks good; storage container is a mess
I bought this product to measure the specific gravity of ceramic glazes. Three stars because the device itself looks like it's in good shape, but the storage container it comes with definitely looks used. The metal is scratched, the name "lou" is scrawled on the metal in Sharpie, two screws on the front latch are loose and can be slid in and out without turning, and the rear hinge is missing a screw entirely, so the lid wobbles. The whole container feels cheap. I would have preferred to pay a bit less for the device alone, rather than waste money on a "cute" storage container in lousy shape.

Die Qualität des Edelstahbechers und seines Deckels ist gut, die Passgenauigkeit des Deckels könnte besser sein (ich habe aber keinen Vergleich mit anderen Herstellern). Der mitgelieferte "Aufbewahrungskoffer" ist nicht ebenso solide, aber das ist für mich nicht weiter wichtig, denn der Becher wird sowieso eher in einer Schublade liegen. FedEx Express fordert die Einfuhrumsatzsteuer ein (4,76 EUR) plus eine Aufwandspauschale von 5,95 EUR (inkl. MwSt), also entstehen Mehrkosten von brutto 10,71EUR.

99.92ml of distilled water at 20C, not bad for the price and accuracy on the item I recieved. The cup and lid is smooth out, with minimal burr. The box is just to protect the cup and lid.
