Super cheap
This costume came ripped. It’s so cheap. It should be sold at the dollar store. It also runs very short for the size. Definitely not worth the money

Silly hat
Only thing to complain about, is the hat. There's absolutely no way for it to stay on. It's literally just a tiny little hat. No chin string or ties. So I ended up taking a bobby pin and poking and weaving it through the bottom like the back of a button pin and then I just pinned it in my daughter's hair. Stayed pretty good with lots of hairspray because of the fabric type. Other than that, the dress fit perfectly with a long sleeve black shirt under and leggings..
