I have a wavy/curly hair and this works perfect I put it on after my hair is about halfway dry or maybe even less and wake up with silky, stylish and dry hair. Band helps adjust fit which is wonderful. And stays on in the night which is great since I’m a toss and turn person.

Bought one because I was just starting my self care/hair journey & really didn’t like the look of the more traditional bonnet styles. I have sensory issues so the ones that tied under my chin bothered me & I hoped this would be a good alternative. It has been so great I bought 3 more after the first week! It’s silky inside & out, breathable, comfortable, & the “bra strap” inside the edge is adjustable for tightening. I just use one hand, twist my hair up in the back, hold it there, pull the cap on from the back over my bun & forehead (takes a little practice) & then I have just enough time to tighten the strap before my bun comes loose. I always wake up with shiny, smooth hair & with the addition of a solid routine - liquid collagen (I hopped on the SpoiledChild train lolz), a hair mask, & biotin gummies, my hair has never looked better. It’s shinier, darker, smoother, less split ends, & after 2 months of sticking to the routine (and yes, wearing this every night) I actually noticed a difference in the feel of my hair strands so that was cool. Believe it or not, I saw initial results very quickly when I first started too, like within a few days so I now I was lacking nutrients - but I digress. I’ve been using my 4 bonnets interchangeably for almost two months now with no issues or damage either so that’s a plus. If you’re looking for a good comfortable silk sleeping bonnet, this is the one for you!

So- this is a lightweight (cotton?) knit sleeping cap on the outside with a silk liner.I have fine hair and wanted protection from my CPAP machine since the straps wreck havoc on my hair. However my CPAP straps seemed to be the only things keeping the cap on my head, as it slides off up to the straps by the time I wake up.Although this cap has an adjustable elastic band built in, it doesn’t stay on well with natural sleep movement.When it does stay on (somewhat), it makes my head sweat more than usual at night, which might make me toss and turn more. The jury’s still out on that.Anyway, with it mostly on all night, when I get up, my hair is flattened and droopy.However, the cap does air-dry nicely (I just invert it over a bottle on my dresser). Also, when it stays on, my hair does feel softer and sheds less— and is protected from my CPAP straps. The silk liner works.Aesthetic-wise, the cap doesn’t look like an old-time night cap from days gone by like the storybook imagery of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’.However, maybe those people knew what they were doing…?! Maybe their old style stayed on better?So my conclusion is that this cap would be good to wear if you tend to get cold at night and could use the additional heat. It’s nice for your hair if you can find a way to keep it on at night and if your head tends to sweat at night, this hat will probably make it worse. So hopefully, you won’t mind blowing your hair out in the morning, (which resulting heat damage might defeat the gains made from wearing it in the first place?)I think people with “big hair” might just find this cap to be a dream— as I’m guessing it would probably stay on their hair better.But for people with fine, straight hair like me, there are probably designs that would work better even if they do look more old fashioned…?I don’t know for sure as this was my first time with a hair cap at night.So- yes, this seems to protect your hair when it stays on, if you can get used to it. Perhaps I need to keep trying so I get more used to it?But maybe just using a silk pillowcase and silk scrunchies would be more comfortable…? So far, I think so.So yes— this cap does what they claim and the real silk does wonderful things for your hair. However, the outer knit layer might make it too heavy to stay on fine, straight hair, and too hot for (post menopausal) people who already run a little hot at night.

I got this hair bonnet to help my hair not be so messy in the morning, and this product does not disappoint! I have very thick shoulder length hair and I used to wake up looking like I got into a fight with the kitchen toaster (and lost). Not anymore. With this cap on my hair is much more manageable in the morning. It also helps when I'm doing hair or scalp treatments on Self Care Sunday. And it has a strap inside to adjust the size, which is really useful. For the price I'm very happy with what I got. :)

Loved the idea of the product instead of having to have silk pillowcases. It is comfortable However, the product does not stay on while sleeping.

Works as described. Did move a little while sleeping. But other than that. Soft feeling, easy to put on, and looks nice.

I've bought a few bonnets and this style is my favorite. It's very soft and comfy. I like that it looks really basic, like a beanie. I pull it over my ear so it stays better. Also, for all the people complaining that it falls off, it has adjustable elastic hidden inside. You just need to tighten it if the bonnet is too loose.

A little too tight but I do have a larger head. So don’t let that deter you. What I really didn’t like was the wide band that didn’t have the satin. It would slide back and rough up my hair around the edges. It also made me sweat.

I like this item for what it's done for my hair, but I find it VERY small. I don't have a lot of hair, and I have a short haircut, I can't imagine what someone with a full head of curly hair would do with this..Another complaint I have is with the inside band/seam. It's super wide, meaning your hairline is not benefiting from the silk 'effect'

Happy with this. The natural silk is cool and comfortable. I have a large head but shorter, thinner hair. I didn't have any problems with the fit.

I wear this to bed to help protect my thinning hair. Does a great job of keeping it in place. I dont have much bulk to my locks so its probably a bit big fo me, but does the job nevertheless.
