Great choice to replace classic car OEM radio speakers. They’re shallow for tight spaces and efficient enough to produce decent volume with low powered OEM radios. And they sound way better than the original speaker.

I was looking for an audio upgrade for my car without having to take out a second mortgage. After some research, I decided to give these Pioneer speakers a shot, and I am so glad I did. The sound quality is incredible—clear, crisp, and with a surprisingly deep bass response for their size. The installation was a breeze, especially since I had the speaker plates to help. These speakers dropped right in and immediately elevated my daily commute. My old car stereo sounds like a high-end system now. I'm hearing details in songs I've listened to for years that I never knew were there. This is a must-have for anyone looking to get great audio on a budget.

First of all I have to say that the speakers sound amazing! I have a few pros and cons about them Pros: Sound quality. The audio sounds crisp and loud even with the stock stereo and no amp. The highs are clean and the lows are precise. Overall build quality of the speakers. They felt expensive and good to the touch, and the tweeter look good when installed. Plus, you have a few ways of installing the tweeters. Cons: tweeter volume. Unlike other component speaker systems, you don’t have the option to tone the tweeters down a bit, and that is a problem because for me the tweeters are way too loud and I’ll probably go and buy a crossover with the ability to make them quieter. Connecting the speakers to the car. So I already had aftermarket speakers installed, which means I’ve already had quick connectors. The cables that come with the speaker connect to both speakers with the quick connectors, but sadly not to the car. I’ve had to cut the quick connectors and solder the cable to the car. Overall I recommend the speakers, with the only real annoying problem being the tweeter volume.

They make me want to break down and order another pair in 6 1/2 in. They sound really really good. Will probably sound even better when paired with a subwoofer.

Good set of speakers with separate tweeters Don’t expect a lot of low end from this set Tend to break up when you ask for extra bass You get what you pay for and this is a great alternative if you want something a little better than stock and have soace in the door panels

Replacing my factory speakers on my oldsmobile these speakers are an exact fit. The A series speakers are a nice sound

Replaced 26 year old speakers with these. They are not as loud as the old ones but are more clear.

Replaced all 4 speakers in my mini van with these. I have a Pioneer dash unit. Sounds amazing! I did have to reboot the radio because somehow during the process of installing them the rear speaker output shut off in radio. After rebooting and adjusting the sound they are nice and crisp and clear! Also in my Odyssey I had to cut and reuse speaker hardware from originals in the rear applications.

No trae crossover ni instructivo de cómo se conecta el cable que simula al crossover , aún no las pruebo pero nada que ver con las que compré hace un par de años de la misma marca

Buenos altavoces de 3 vias pioneer.. yo soy mas de jbl..y me habia comprado unos de ese diametro pero de 2 vias..por que no los hay de 3 vias y al final los he cambiado por estos y tienen mejor calidad de sonido en todos los rangos.. En 3 vias jbl es superior..pero en esa medida no los hay..asi que pioneer es mi elección

J'ai remplacé les haut-parleurs d'une BMW e39 par ce kit à l'av et l'ar. La différence est immédiate sur la qualité sonore et la puissance. Cependant, ils ne sont pas prévus pour les grâves et c'est normal pour du 13cm ! Donc il est important de prévoir un subwoofer amplifié dans le coffre pour avoir l'intégralité de la gamme sonore. Sur BMW e39, l'installation d'un Sub est très facile.
