This project was an excellence choice, had this projector for 2 years. however, the projector started to have some abnormalities, either with a burnt bulb or lens, not sure what it is. I emailed customer service about this issue to see where i could order a replacement bulb, so that i could get it fixed because buying a new projector was just out of the question and i knew that the warranty was up. Well to my surprise when a customer service agent replied back, they said they would still honor the warranty and replace it for free. Although, they didn't have the same model, they asked to make sure I wanted the upgraded model. I replied with that was fine. I was stunned and grateful that they were gracious enough to honor the warranty, when I've had this projector pass the warranty period. So thanks Happrun. So if there is a review out there that has given them 1 star, i know they didnt reach out to customer service. if your planning on buying a projector from this company, its worth it just from their customer service. Most companies are either rude, don't explain how to fix something or want you to buy another one of their products. Enough with the customer service, this project has been an awesome. the Bluetooth connectivity is great. I used this project in my game room and i play video games and watch movies on it. Its been better than the previous two projectors I've had from different companies. The picture is also very clear, but depends on the surface your putting it on, just like any other projector. you won't have 4k quality if your just putting it on a sheet or a projector screen that is older.

Honestly a great starter projector. All I wish I knew before is how annoying it gets to have to focus it. So next time auto focus is a must

Super easy set up. Good picture. Came with a screen (unexpected bonus). When it is extended to its full height it is a little off balance. It also is slightly tilted to one side so you have to put something under one is the feet fit it to sit level. Connectivity was ready. Understand it is simply a projector. It Does NOT have any built in apps or streaming capability. You have to use a firestick, roku, or Chromecast to the device. Great Portability. Add a separate soundbar and or sub for great sound.

The only issue I experienced was a loud screeching sound when turning it on from time to time. I believe was an isolated problem. The system worked perfectly for what it was supposed to do otherwise.

Do not buy this product. Hollywood and Intel teamed up to make HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection,) which pretends you’re pirating your streaming app if using AirPlay or any screen mirroring method. You get this small message on your phone screen right as the movie is starting “This video can't play on your device because it doesn't meet HDCP content protection standards.” I thought I was crazy but there’s Google/Reddit searches complaining about HDCP compliance on projectors as far as 10 years back. The way around this is to buy a non-Chinese, legitimate brand name projector, or to not use the AirPlay function at all and use a plug-in method to this same projector. I’ll be returning mine on this first day as I bought this particular model for its screen mirroring claims. This is bad business to make it seem like it works and then hope I keep the product once it arrives.

Great unit for the money, you won’t regret purchasing this unit. Great picture and easy to use. Connects easily to our outdoor speakers. Hello, I sent you an email regarding the remote and you have not responded? Is there a different way to connect you other than the support email you provided?

There are things I like and things I don't. Likes: Not very complicated, so up and running in minutes. They are trying to upgrade the software in the unit so I assume there will be more to come. The picture is acceptable (with buts), and the size it reaches in a short distance produces a large-screen impact in the room. I was looking for an inexpensive TV for my space, and this is an OK alternative. The remote that comes with it is easy to use and make working with the projector easier than messing with buttons on the unit itself. Dislikes: The picture can be a bit blurry on the edges, and the image adjustor feels cheap. The sound is ok, but you really need to connect it to Bluetooth speakers to get the sound volume and quality. However, when you do connect it to an external speaker, I notices a distinct delay between sound and video (think old Japanese movies). Also the projector fans are loud and becomes distracting fast. You will want to sit it on a solid surface, like a stand to allow for airflow. The screen that comes with the projector is a waste of box-space and I really can't see anyone actually using this in their home. One addition note, my lens was extremely dirty when it arrives, and was full of fingerprints, so I don't know if this happened at the factory on install or if this unit had been used before. I have seen other reviewers complain of burn spots in picture after use for a while... I will update my review if that happens. So, all-in-all for the price it an OK solution, but you do need to think about additional add-ons to make it a better experience.

I am updating my review. After having had it 3 mos a giant spot on the screen appeared, I rached out to seller about it. The customer service was amazing and fast. They sent a replacement quickly and easy return process. I have now had it for 2 years and it is functioning great, we love it and we are now buying our second projector as a gift this xmas.
