Great battery pack, don't expect too much from the solar panel though
This battery pack is compact and well finished. It holds a whopping 24Ah, enough to recharge a smartphone many times over, or a fully depleted tablet up to twice (depending on the tablet). There are three available outputs, all can deliver up to 2.4A, although the combined output can not exceed 4.5A.For reference, a recent iPhone or iPad early on in its recharge cycle uses up to 2.1A, which means you can high speed charge an iPhone and an iPad simultaneously, and still have 300mA available to recharge a lower current accessory such as a bluetooth headset. Two inputs are available for charging, either the classic microUSB or Apple's Lightning -- very convenient if you're in the Apple ecosystem so you don't have to pack an extra cable to charge your battery pack, your iPhone cable will do the trick.Fully charging the pack takes a long time (the best part of a day) because of the huge capacity of the battery.Unfortunately, the solar panel is at best only capable of delivering .2A, so it can't be used as a main recharging source; Even in the summer it would take weeks to fully recharge the pack using the solar panel only. However, it is a very convenient way to keep a trickle current going and making sure the pack is topped off.Bottom line, an excellent, versatile battery pack at a very reasonable price, just don't have unreasonable expectations for the solar panel.

Mine worked great for 4 weeks
Mine worked great for 4 weeks, I used it to charge my phone while traveling 10 times. It stopped working a few days after the return window closed. Now when I plug my phone into it, it cycles on and off and actually drains the battery in the phone.

Excellent Power Bank!
I have several other power banks with smaller capacities that I use regularly. However, they are not adequate to take on vacations when I need to charge several devices (phones, tablets, cameras, etc) at once, multiple times. This pack with it's 24,000 mAh capacity is more than sufficient. I am able to charge 3 devices at once, several times on a single charge. I also like that this pack gives you the option to charge the unit via it's solar panel, although at slow rate. The unit is large at 6.5" long x 3.25" wide x 7/8" thick and weighs about a pound. I typically carry it in a backpack, so the size and weight is not an issue. The unit has 3 (2.4A Max) USB charging ports which detects the optimal charging of each device. It has a micro USB and lightning input ports, allowing you to charge the power bank with any available cable. The power bank has a power button on it's side that turns the unit on. There's also an LED light bar on the top of the unit that indicates the power level of the power bank, based on the color of the LED. The unit comes with a 5.5" USB to micro USB cable. This power bank is well constructed and seems very durable. It has a non-slip black matte finish and an orange trim around the edges. I really like this power bank!

Bought this for a Christmas gift for my husband, ...
Bought this for a Christmas gift for my husband, 3 months later it would not take a charge and started to melt. Thank goodness my husband had checked on it an noticed the smell, it could have caused some serious damage if it would have been left plugged in.

Stores a lot of power; difficult to access it.
I have three of these devices. Each have the same problem. They charge well and store a lot of power. Initially, they charge my phone without a problem. However, when I return for a charge using the same cable - it will not charge. I have to unplug, then plug into a different port. Then problems worsen. One moment it charges, the next it won’t recognize I have plugged anything in. I’ll have to try 10-30 times for it to work.I’ve tried multiple same-brand chargers. I’ve tried different cables. I’ve tried different devices. THE PROBLEM PERSISTS.I’m ditching these and going with a different brand.

Does not function as described so dont count on it....
I got this device and fully charged it. I then took it on a 4 day camping trip. It was 95 degrees with direct sunlight but somehow this device died on the morning of day two. It charged my iPhone 1.5 times (it wasn't dead but I wanted to recharge it the rest of the way) and a galaxy phone one time. Then it stopped working. It flashes the entire time you use it (so pretty sure it waste's extra battery for no reason) and, when I woke up on day two, it was flashing red, with nothing plugged into it. It continued to flash red, wouldn't charge anything while it stayed flashing, and then it died, despite being in direct sunlight. I left it direct light the entire day and still nothing. It was a waste. I got a $15 power bank at the gas station and it charged my phone fully 1.5 times.

Don't waste your money.
It worked the first time, now it doesn't charge anything. I thought it might have just not been compatible with my phone (Xiaomi Mi5), but it doesn't charge anything. I tried several phones, tablets, a laptop, other battery packs and nothing.

Quick Charging! Handy!
Read a lot of info online before purchasing this. One tech article I read listed this as one of the top solar battery chargers. It has charged my cell phone approximately three times before I had to recharge it. It charges a cell phone at the same speed as using a regular electrical outlet. I have not been able to try the solar charging feature due to the fact that is has been cloudy, raining or snowing since I purchased it. It is heavier than a cell phone and about the size of a Samsung Galaxy note. Number one reason I bought this? My mothers cell phone is never charged when we spend the day together running around town. Beep beep......Mom what's that noise?
