I have several ear piercings and I'm pretty bad at putting on pushbacks. The jewelry is just so tiny, it's so hard to get a grip on them while putting it on. I also have trouble finding the piercing hole since the pushbacks are inserted from behind the ear than the conventional front. Anyhow, I bought these because my friend recommended it to me. THESE THINGS HAVE MADE MY LIFE SO MUCH EASIER. I can put on my pushbacks within 5 minutes instead of my previous 15. It helps me find the piercing hole faster and insert the jewelry on within seconds so I can run out the door ASAP when needed. I highly recommend this if you need tools to help put on your piercings and have butter fingers like me.

When I had surgery 2yrs ago, it was still the height of the pandemic, and most piercing shops weren't doing any fresh facial piercings, as well as any jewelry changes for existing facial piercings. I had a nose ring in at the time, and needed to switch to something that I could easily take out myself and put back in myself, since you cannot have any jewelry in for surgery. Thankfully my piercing shop was able--and willing--to sell me new jewelry for my nostril, as well as a taper to assist me in putting it in myself, and putting it back in after surgery. I have used that taper several times to put my piercing back in after a follow up procedure, and later on MRI's. However about a week prior to my surgery last month I could not for the life of me find my taper anywhere, and was getting concerned. I stopped at several piercing shops close to me, to see if anyone might sell me one, however nobody would. And I sadly didn't have time to drive the further distance to the original shop I got one from. Thankfully Amazon came thru! These arrived quickly, and were exactly what I needed! Being a multipack, I now have extras now in case I lose one.

Item is tiny, so probably why mine got lost in transit first round. New pack sent immediately. They are perfect. Good seller.

Bought this for someone that wanted to widen their tongue from 16g to 14g. When we opened it and compared it to the 16g tongue ring it was way smaller. Did not help! And can’t return since it’s been opened. Gave it two stars because it was delivered as expected.

Save your money

For me, this is one of those things I imagine would make my life easier, didn’t know actually existed, and then randomly encountered!My partner lost his conch piercing labret and hasn’t had jewelry in for awhile. I figured this would help, but we have yet to try it on him. I’d rather a taper like this than him jamming in a new stud.On the other hand, I’ve had lobe piercings year my entire life, but now rarely wear anything. I’ll go from months to a year without anything. The holes do become a lot smaller, but never fully close. Sometimes it’ll just be the outside layer thinly healed over. I found that these made it super easy to wear jewelry again as it was completely painless—not even pinching. It could be because I have had my piercings for so long, but if you’re in a similar position these are to have on hand!Also figured it would help with nose piercings. I’m at 20g for that so switching jewelry is kind of nerve-wracking.My only bone to pick is that the 18g/16g/14g all come in one ziplock baggy and due to their small gauge size, it’s a little hard for me to focus on which is what size. It would be nice if they had some individual sleeves labeled, but less plastic waste? Haha
