I like this pillow even though it really doesn't provide much lumbar support.You barely know it is under you.Makes a nice neck support on top of another pillow though.

I have back and hip issues due to osteoarthritis and even though I have a pillow top mattress it just wasn't enough padding. This small support pillow is doing the trick! Love it.

Fast delivery, pillow works as well as expected. Had trouble waking up with stiff lower back. Now that I use the pillow I've not had the trouble I use to have. I use it every night.

This is not like the picture is posted. It is very thin and too soft and you barely can see or feel the triangle shape. It doesn’t make any difference use it or not.

When I first unwrapped it I wasn't sure bit after a couple hours it rises to its full shape. It is not quite as triangular and defined as it shows in the picture but you don't want it to be too big of a pillow or it wouldn't be comfortable.I have tried having a nap on this and it does make a difference. It feels like I am sleeping in a more natural position and I don't have the twinge of pain I normally do when laying down. I like that I can use it as a side sleeper too to support me. It seems worth the investment and can double as a knee pad if you need to kneel down to do work or diaper changes like me! It also works as a nice day pillow for my baby.

Overall I am happy with this product.For those who are saying it is not high enough:1. Try putting a pillow underneath your legs, behind your knees. This will pivot your hips and bring the curvature of your back down closer to the bed.2. If you don't want to do that, simply put a folded up towel underneath this pillow or even right inside the pillow cash so it moves with the pillow.If anything, I find it a bit too wide, as in the sense it goes a bit too high/low on my back (I'm about 5'9''), but I'm used to it now and it doesn't really bother me. I don't wake up with a sore back anymore.

Be aware before you buy this that the foam in this is VERY soft, and just a small amount of pressure flattens this almost done to flat.

Worst support pillow ever. Very cheap material, no support, won’t even stay in place because it’s so flimsy. Don’t bother buying this!
