Must disable 5G Wifi
This device works well once you have it set up. I wish the portions were a bit smaller though. The main issue I had was that I have a 2G and 5G network with the same name. I had to disable my 5G network during configuration or else this device gets confused and won't connect to the 2G network. Once you do this, you should be able to enable your 5G network again. This is super annoying. Just make sure to change your batteries once in a while so it doesn't forget your settings if power goes out or if you move the device.

The app constantly crashes and you can't use it without it......
It basically doesn't work. The app crashes every time I try to enter a schedule. I had to reconfigure my network for it to connect to 2.4Ghz. After that it constantly loses connection if you believe the app. from the seller "This kind of feeder is only access to 2.4Ghz network and 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi routers. And the feeder should get close to the router, no more than 13ft, otherwise it will be easy to loose connection. "

Works quite niceThe app is a bit engrish and they could use better translation but basically fine.

Says no food when it’s full
Says no food when it’s full of food all time. Probably will need to return and find a different feeder
