User friendly, but not assuring
The media could not be loaded. The packaging makes it very easy to notice the registration card for the warranty, and also the user manual.Installation:The user manual has very easy instructions to follow. However, I'm concerned about two things. First, it was very hard for me to pull the 30A RV plug out the protector even with the protector's built-in grip handle. Second, the protector doesn't stay plugged snug into the power box. If you bump it slightly, it starts slipping out.I read another customer's review about the same issue of the protector slipping. He stated the prongs are too short. I thought the design was a "one off". So, I'll see how well this works.

Perfect if you have a travel trailer
I have had this for two years. We have been in an area that had multiple storms come through and it did its job. I have not had any appliance or equipment have a surge and get messed up. Its easy to install and use.

They actually honored the warranty
I've had this for about a year and it works great. The middle LED recently went out and flashes like something is loose internally. I contacted the company and they responded via email, THE SAME DAY! Alex was the representatives and he was very helpful. Without question he sent me a new one and it arrived in 2 days.As far as the unit goes, its made well and has worked great for us.We have nothing mad to say and I would definitely purchase again if/when the opportunity arises.
