Vanos problems? Not anymore.
Just swap these out and clear any codes and good to go. Seriously this is super simple, 2 clips and 2 bolts (just remember to make sure to take out the rubber rings/gaskets from the old ones before installing these new ones).

Avoid them
Bought them, paid labor (which is not cheap) to have them installed and they are defective and don’t work, now I have to paid labor again and buy other ones that are better, would not recommend them

Took car to local German shop they installed both parts and only one worked they suggested I get both new ones and had them replaced and the one tested out bad but would be sure the other would go bad quickly Don’t buy

These work like a dream
These work like a dream. Easy enough to fit and saved me an exorbitant trip to my car dealer for a service. Highly recommend these.

Works great smooth idle no more rpm jumps

Quit working
I ended up having to go to auto zone and spend the $160 for one. You will 100% know when it stops working, transmission will not shift right, a check engine light will pop up.
