I liked that the product is natural and have been using them for a while now, however, the last order I received the pods are not dissolving. I contacted Stone Works customer service dept. They told me there is not an issue, so I have posted a pic of the hard leftover pods. When you are left with a giant clump of undissolved pod, it is a waste of water with an end result of dirty clothes.

I have never written a review before, but this detergent is so awesome that I feel others need to know so they don't hesitate to purchase it. We were having trouble with a mildew/mold smell in our relatively new Bosch front-loader washer, a common problem with front-loaders, unbeknown to us. We tried everything: running bleach though it, using washing machine cleaner, and trying different types of detergent sold in stores. Nothing worked! I was ready to buy a new washer until we decided to try something natural to see if the problem was due to gunky detergent build up. After using these once, our whole washer smelled cleaner and had no more sign of mold or mildew. Still now, after a couple of weeks, our washer is clean and free from its usual yucky smell. To top it off, this detergent works like a dream to remove dirt (I have two young boys, so we know dirt), stains, and odors (I'm an avid runner and this has removed the smell from my running clothes better than anything I've ever used), and they are good for the environment. I purchased the Birch Branch scent and it is wonderful-very clean, yet earthy. Even my husband, who typically couldn't care less about laundry detergent, commented on how wonderful it smelled. I can't wait to try the other scents! I would recommend this to everyone and am now a loyal customer of the Grab Green Stoneworks laundry pods.

I like to recycle. I have about 10 of those metal drinking straws. I have a reusable water bottle and coffee cup. I ride my bike sometimes. I wear chacos and I like camping and the outdoors.I do NOT like this scent. It smells like hippies, in a bad way. It's weirdly masculine and slightly nauseating. When you catch a whiff of the smell on your clothes it immediately makes you want to wash your clothes... but wait, this is the only scent of detergent you have, dammit.I haven't tried the other scents but you should avoid this one.We will not be finishing the bag. Yuck. Luckily I have a hippie coworker who loves essential oils and all that smelly stuff... I will give these to her.

I loved this product and would buy it again. However the packaging is #7 recyclable so has to be thrown in the trash in my area. When I contacted the company asking if they had considered using more eco friendly packaging, I got a response that indicated that I should change my brand. So I did. If they ever decide to change packaging to be more eco friendly I will definitely go back to using them.

This is one of the best smelling detergents I have ever used. Then why did I give it only 2 stars? I started using pods to cut down the plastic containers they come in. Unfortunately this product looks like it comes in paper, but it is lined with plastic which cannot be recycled at my center. I have found other pods that come in cardboard. So I had to switch. If Green Stoneworks ever changes their packaging to NO PLASTIC, I'll be happy to purchase their product again.

I LOVE these pods! I have no idea why people say they don’t dissolve. I have used them with cold water, warm water and hot water and never had a problem. I’m wondering if people throw them in after loading and so are on top of the clothes and water line and thus why they wouldn’t dissolve? If you put them into the water as it’s starting or in the bottom of the washer and add clothes on top of it, it works just fine. We have a traditional top load washer if that information matters. We have tried a few scents and I am happy with the quality. If doing an extra large load or our dog blankets then I use two pods. We will definitely continue to purchase. The last bag we did have a pod break in there but for me I don’t mind. I am very conscious of our environmental impact as well as watching the chemicals in our home and with that comes sometimes things breaking because it’s not the kind of material used in other products, the very products we are trying to stay away from and thus why we are purchasing this type of product. I think it’s silly some of the comments in the reviews. If someone is so upset because a pod broke in the shipping process then one can easily call the company and work through the situation but to not want to order again because of that and take the time to write a negative review? Pfffft .... happy customer here. I think we are 4 months in now of purchasing regularly and we will continue to do so. Would love if they came out with a lavender scent or a citrus scent.

The product was excellent &even at the high price, I would love to buy more, but the C.O.D at the door was never mentioned. It only discouraged me from wanting to invest in such an amazing product. It is a shame because I really love the rose scent

This is an amazing product. I love it! There is no C.O.D. at the door if you buy it from the Canadian website.
