Very effective on Fungus Gnats
AMAZING!! Fungus gnats in our house plant soil (from shop bought compost) have been driving us mad. Tried the sticky fruit fly traps which did work to some extent but unfortunately they continue to breed, so we bought this fly catcher to see if it could help. Well it has been amazing, must have zapped around 60 of the little flying insects in one room within a few hours. Only problem is that the Zap is very loud which does terrify my one dog so I have to close the door of the room it is located in and try to use it overnight when hopefully the dog can't hear it too much.

Loud But Effective So Far.
I'm giving this 5 stars for now but will update if experience changes since this is only the first day I got it. I noticed one tiny fruit fly in my room so I turned on this device. Less than 5 minutes later there was an extremely loud SNAP which made me jump out of my skin but was this zapper killing that little bug already. I hope to get used to that noise because it's very loud lol, but if it's this effective already within just 5 minutes of turning it on, I have high hopes for defeating those damn annoying fruit flies that keep spawning out of nowhere in recent times.

Kills flys and mosquitos
Like it, has killed both flys and mosquitos so far. It is early in the season, will hv to see hos it copes with lods but doing ok.

Flying insect zapper
Easy set up basically plug in and it’s ready within minutes had the first zap, I would recommend this product but will say some zaps are louder than others

Great bit of kit at a great price I bought 3 all working well and came with spare tubes!

Ineffective
Very ineffective. Flies didn’t seem interested in going anywhere near the unit, despite setting less than 30cms away. Only two tiny fruit flies destroyed in 24 hours, when the kitchen is infested with house flies. Am seeking a full refund

Works well until new bulb required
The product worked very well obliterating insects as desired, but, when it came to the end of life for one of the bulbs, the entire board burned out with the bulb. This has rendered the device inoperable and customer service took a week to respond with an offer of 20% discount on a new device. They are unable to provide details of spare parts anywhere in europe, and unwilling to share the detail of the damaged components to affect a repair myself. As soon as a bulb shows signs of ageing then change both bulbs and then the device might last longer.

Biz açık balkonda kullanıyoruz. Uçanı kaçanı patlatıyor. Ayrıca ışığı o kadar kuvvetli ki başka bir aydınlatma kullanmanıza neredeyse gerek kalmıyor. Bu güne kadar bir çok alet edevat aldım bu sivrisinekler için. Bu şu ana kadar en iyisi. Ayrıca şık ve kaliteli duruyor. Basit bir görüntüsü yok. 2 adet de yedek floresan çıktı kutusundan.
