Good value pack, no aftertaste and easy to swallow. Tablets have a coating with no smell. Quite large size tablets but seem to be effective at delivering the extra nutrients we sometimes lack. Skin and hair feel better after taking first a few months

My mother in law always has been taking 50 plus centrum multivitamins for a long time. I've also used the normal centrum multivitamins in the past but then switched to wellwoman ones. I've bought the advance centrum now and am happy with my purchase. I'm not sure of the exact benefits but I feel less tired with less body aches. I think Centrum and well woman both work equally well for me.

Good
The order arrived quickly. I was rather surprised by the size of these blue capsule shaped pills but despite the size, I had no problem swallowing them. Unable to break them in half. Don't know if they are doing any good so far as I have only been taking them for a few days, just glad they haven't upset my stomach at all.

Good for my body
I have always used this product for years. But in the last 4 years I stopped because I felt the need to make a change. This led me to try almost about 10 different food supplements. But I think this product best suited my body. So, I am back for good. My observations about it is that it makes me sleep better and I feel energetic the next morning. I normally take it at night. Because it good for my body, I sent quite 6 bottles to my mum and she loves it. She’s 85 years old.
