These gloves look rather like winter woolly gloves on the illustration, but although they're slightly thicker than the cheap nylon exfoliating gloves, these aren't as thick as they look. They're quite silvery in colour, and are a good size - these will stretch to fit big, hairy handed 'sons of the soil' as well as us lesser mortals.Not being a molecular physicist, I can't even pretend to understand the 'scientific' twaddle on the promotional material, but what I can say about these gloves is that they do a super job of exfoliating skin in the shower or bath, giving you a really good clean and de-coke, and the scrub will give your circulation a boost. They're excellent for delicate skins, and can be used to exfoliate sensitive areas without abrading.The bamboo fibre construction is hardwearing and the gloves are well made - my fingers haven't poked through the material, and neither have the gloves developed holes or even begun to look unravelled or 'tired.'These gloves dry out fairly quickly after use, and the carbon used in the manufacturing process keeps them sweet and fresh.These are a good buy, and definitely worth the extra money, because these will still be in use long after pair after pair of the cheaper type have been binned.UPDATE: July 2017. These have been in regular use in the shower since this review was written, and they are still in perfect condition, no holes or pulled threads and still doing a fantastic job of scrubbing me clean without scratching or scouring my skin. Great gloves.

I love theses gloves they feel rough at first but once wet they are perfectly comfortable and great to use , especially if you have psoriasis feels like you have fully washed proper cleansed and great and easy to use, good priced would highly recommend and would keep buying from Amazon because for great delivery as a prime member and finding theses so great works well then would keep buying in future reference

I really love these gloves. I like the fact they do the job but don't take half your skin with them. They are relativity soft compared to others I have used but that just makes them more relaxing and enjoyable to use!

Bathing

No need for fancy exfoliating soaps and gels, these gloves work fine with a just simple bar of soap. Make sure your hands are dry before you try and put on these gloves, otherwise they difficult to get your hand in. Not sure how much good the carbon does but my old skin has fewer blemishes since using these gloves. Top tip: rinse after use and dry on the towel rail.

The threads have come loose after four uses (and not intensive ones). See pictures for damage. Still usable, but they will keep getting worse and so I will be buying new ones somewhere else.The other two photos show a light ring around my wrist from having worn a dry glove for two minutes. I am about a size 7 in gloves (medium hand) and though they fit well, the wrist band is very tight. I can touch my thumb and middle finger when wrapped around my wrist so it's not a big wrist at all. When the glove is wet and I have it on for five minutes, I have deep, red rings around my wrists. They certainly don't slide off, but for me they are a bit uncomfortable that way.As for effectiveness, these are good and I will be staying with gloves for sure (not these though).They do dry well and easily. I enjoyed squeezing (not wringing) water out as the colour changes instantly!

I’ve noticed some holes, however it gets the job done.The only issue that i have with them is that they’re pretty hard to get off your hands without soap on them.Great exfoliation tho and super gentle. Leaves my skin smooth

Pues eso, cumplen perfectamente su función. Se ajustan, y nunca mejor dicho, como un guante je je... enfin, corramos el estúpido velo. Que más, pues que la idea de que está hecho con bambú carbonizado o algo asi, me gusta, pero que suelte ultrarrojos lejanos y anionesss... cuidado... acojona un poco, no? O que. Es lo que dice la descripción del producto, demos por hecho que es algo bueno.Como digo, se ajustan muy bien aunque no estaría mal una segunda talla un poco más grande para los que tenemos raquetas de padel por manos.En cuanto al tacto en el exfoliado, para mi está perfecto, ni tan suave que ni lo notes ni tan duro como un limatón de acero que te arranque la piel, término medio, algo notable, soportable y hasta agradable.Me gusta sobre todo que sea un producto natural. veremos a ver que tal su durabilidad.
