Brilliant piece of kit!
This slow cooker is brilliant. I have had it for 4 months now and it still works perfectly and no complaints on the meals it turns out. I love coming home from work to the smell of my dinner being ready! I can make the most perfect pulled pork in this - much better than the oven.As there are only 2 of us, I have the 3l size but I reckon I could easily still cook for 4 people in it if needs be. The removable non-stick pan is excellent for browning on the hob and much lighter than a ceramic pan would be. The only criticism is that it's a bit TOO lightweight and you have to hold it with one hand when stirring on the hob otherwise it moves around and is in danger of falling over. Not enough of a problem to drop from 5 stars though.

Changed the way we cook
We've had the slow cooker for a while now and have found ourselves using it for meals a could times a week. It's great to be able to prepare a meal ahead of time and leave it whilst we get on with other things. It's proved simple to clean and still looks almost as good as new.

Very good slowcooker
This is our 2nd slow cooker- the first we used for 26 years. It cooks extremely well and is a better shape for joints of meat than our old round one. However,it could be improved with an Auto setting. I’ve not yet worked out if it is possible to change from high to low or vice versa without having to turn it off and reset it, which is an inconvenience.

Preset cooking times that cannot be bypassed.
Love the slow cooker for what it does, however very disappointeded that the timer is preset ie: if you wanted to cook for 4 hours on low you can't as the minimum is 6??!! There are preset times for both hi heat & low. No idea why? My old analogue one was able to be set to whatever i liked so i presumed a new digital model would have that option. Nope it does not. If like me you like to choose your own cooking times I'd either buy an analogue one or if buying digital check you can set your own times first. I'd buy differently if i had the opportunity to buy again.

The 'digital' bit isn't worth the extra money - in fact it's more of a pain than a benefit.
The electronic timer bit turns out to be quite a waste of money. It doesn't allow for setting a delayed start time - which would have been useful and can be achieved on 'less fancy' models by using a timer socket. Because this needs you to interact after it's been turned on, it can't be used with a timer socket. It has minimum times for the 2 power settings (which are longer than the cooking time for some recipes in the books I've got)Despite the claim "Three settings - high/low/auto Keep warm" - It only has 2 settings High and Low - both then switch to 'keep warm' - presumably lower than 'low' - when the cooking time has expired. Whereas 'auto' on my older less fancy slow cooker cooked on high until the temp had been reached and then low until turned off.If I'd known what I know now about this unit, I'd have saved my money and bought the non-digital one. I suggest that's what you do.

Great product but beware!
Excellent product easy to use and definitely good value for money. Had for 4 months however and it has stopped working and show message e2. I contacted manufacturer who said it needs to be replaced but no option will seller as it says return option ended in January. Won't buy online again!

So much lighter than the old one
Decided to replace my old slow cooker (which was still working) with this one because I wanted the timer feature. I was amazed at the extremely lightweight cooking pot. What a difference from the old ceramic one! It is a breeze to clean too. I cannot comment on the "sear" feature due to the fact that I cannot use it as I have induction hobs.

Winter warmer hero
I’ve had it for just over 6 months. It works superbly however part of the digital display doesn’t work
