Bought this as an aid in terms of gut but also skin health.It seems to be doing the trick as my skin seems to have regained some elasticity and haven't had any gut issues in a long while.

These collagen capsules are an excellent buy and easy to swallow.After just a few days of taking these collagen capsules I can already feel and see the benefits as the arthritic pain and inflammation that I suffer from was starting to feel so much better.I also suffer from really sore ulcerated areas on my tongue and thankfully these seemed to have cleared up also and the mouthwash that I have been using no longer stings.I am so impressed with the benefits of taking them that I have signed up to receive monthly supplies.I fully recommend this amazing product.Thank you.

Good product but discontinuing as I kind them too large to swallow. Apart from that good value.

Gives me that 'pregnancy' glow and my lashes are longer than ever. Can't say my fine lines have disappeared however I like that you only have to take 2 day instead of 4 unlike some other products.

Bought it because after breaking my tibia the healing was not as fast as expected, I'm taking it less than 2 weeks and feel massive difference... Will see the results after x ray but my leg isn't hurting anymore even after 8h work as a nurse..

I am into my second bottle, it has definitely made my nails grow faster a stronger. I do feel that I'm just starting to notice my hair thickening, but early days yet to see the difference. Capsules do look to be large, surprisingly they are relatively easy to swallow.no flavour.

Quite big . Two in the morning with water and then I will eat two hours later.. no change as yet to early . It takes at least a few months to see a difference with things to this so will update in a month
