Good taste seems to do the trick
This seems to rehydrate quickly and tastes fine which some do not. Takes awhile to dissolve which can be a bummer but overall is a good product.

Very important electrolytes.
These little tablets are an incredible addition to your daily wellness, I don't think many people realise how important it is to keep your electrolytes topped up, you'll notice a difference in your energy levels and sleep if you integrate these into your diet. Expensive but worth it.

Great taste and dissolves quickly. Certainly feel more hydrated after consuming.

They taste grim
These might do the job scientifically but they taste horrible. They have the same “silky” texture/taste as dioralyte and they just taste a bit grim. I tried to just down it in one but couldn’t do it. There’s got to be better options out there. The lemon ones are mildly better but they smell a bit like toilet cleaner. Overall I would use them if I absolutely had to but only as a last resort.

If you hate fizzy water get these. They don’t make the water fizzy at all!. Perfect. They taste nice too.
