Shaving Brush - Gentlemans Face Care Club Shave Brush For Your Closest Ever Shave

A difficult decision was made in deciding which new shaving brush to buy. However, I am delighted with the choice that I made once my Gentlemans Face Care Club Brush came.The first thing that I noticed was the rather nice box that it came in. It sort of looked right and gave a good first impression.Upon opening the box to my pleasant surprise was a rather "posh" and very "masculine" looking shaving brush. With closer inspection I found the handle of the brush to be extremely will made, nicely weighted, and a pleasure to hold. Something you would expect with that of a consideribly more expensive shaving brush.The bristles had a nice firmness about themwhilst maintaining a certain softness that I later found would have a rather nice feel to the face.Did it froth the soap up and hold the lather before applying it to the face? You bet it did!I can honestly say that my new shaving brush certainly contributed to one of the best shaves that I have had in a long time.Reccommend it? Definitely!

Its an okay brush for the price. I have been using it for a few months and it is still shedding bristles, knot size is small and the bristles are not densely packed. The bristles are quite tough even for a boar brush and weeks of use have not softened it up. It is not scratchy though but quite wiry. Don't understand the raving reviews they don't seem legit to me. I would say if you are just getting into wet shaving and you are not sure its something you will keep doing then this brush might work for you just cause it is cheap. However, for a few extra pounds or even similar price, the Semogue boar hair brushes are miles better. My initial thought when I first started wet shaving was that the brush was not a key component of the shave, I have since discovered that it is! While I won't say go out and order a Simpson chubby as a starter brush, I would not recommend this brush. It's Okay for the money. I wish I had stretched my budget to £20 and gotten the Semogue 830 and then somewhere down the line get the Simpson chubby badger brush....

Having lived for years with a soft badger brush, which was bought for me as a present, I am delighted with this bristle brush. It is great to feel it pushing against the beard so that the soap gets really in and sets it up for shaving.It is also exactly the right size and shape to hold and shake dry. So if, like me, you want a stiffish brush don’t hesitate to buy this one!

I have found the cream a delight to use. It has a light soapy fragrance and thick putty like appearance. A little daub on your shaving brush goes a long way and whips up a nice creamy lather in a jiffy. I've been using the lid of the cream as a soap tray / mug. The subsequent soap foam smooths on the face a treat, I use a single blade safety razor so shave over each section of my face twice or more applying soap in between. I have found that the shaving cream works well with my razor and does not irritate my skin, which can be prone to sensitivity and shaving rash. No such problems with this cream. It's going to last as well as I shave twice a week or so to maintain the profile of my beard. Thank you for the opportunity to audition your product.

Bought this June 2017,OK for 9 months then started shedding bristles now losing at least 10-15 a day have to pick them off before shaving.Not good.Have now got replacement free of charge.They stood by their guarantee.5Stars for customer service.

Having a really scratchy, tough beard, I've been endlessly trying to find the right shaving equipment for the job. This brush has certainly helped with that - I bought it alongside some of the company's shaving cream too, and the brush and cream together make an excellent lather. The brush does seem to help with raising the bristles off my face, meaning I can shave closer and not cut myself to bits.

Having used the brush for a week I have found after losing a couple of bristles the brush has settled down and I find it lathers really well and soft on the face.It's realy good to go back to old type shaving and not out of a can.This brush is a realy good for the price just be patient and let it settle in.Good buy 10/10

After using this shaving brush for the first time, I know I will not go back to foam or gel from a can again. The brush is of good quality and makes shaving a joy. My face is now rash free after using the shaving brush with a good quality shaving bar.
