Good product costly but if it was too cheap I would wonder about the quality and expiry date on the product. So I prefer paying for quality rather than a cheap poorly sourced alternative. Helps my joints, I have a torn right outer bicep from heavy lifting so a good quality product along with collagen helps my ageing body. I'm also keeping an eye on my skin elasticity to. You can check this by pulling the skin on the back of your hand and see how long it takes to go back down. Older less elastic skin takes longer. Good product mixes into my milk easy.

I thought colostrum was the clear, pre-milk fluid that is produced after birth (I've breast fed two kids and that's what happened both times). This powder is more like baby milk powder and even smells like it. I have read such good stuff about the health benefits of colostrum in terms of digestive health and immune system support. After three weeks of taking it each morning, I don't feel any different. My digestive health is no better than it was.

Recently coming back to the sport after a 10 year break, my training has increased and fatigue has set in. I have been using this in addition to my recovery whey protien/amino drink before bed. I have seen results after a month - lower body fat, faster recovery, much improved sleep and generally feeling fresher.
