easy to use, very effective
doesn't look like the supplied picture, which is of the older style, what you get is square cut but the same material and works just as well. basically a gentle sanding block you can run along the top of the rails to remove accumulated dirt, well worth the cost as regular track cleaning provides way better running

Rails brought back from the dead.
This Peco track rubber is amazing, I had some very old track that when you put a locomotive on it just wasn't getting any electricity to run. A few minutes with this rubber and the shine came back to the rails as did the electricity. Locos running fine now.

Cleans the track fine
The product that arrived did not look like the picture in the listing, it is just a rectangle block with straight edges and to be honest was a lot smaller than expected, but is was in Peco packaging. That said, its been used many times since then and its not really noticably worn down but it certainly has helped to keep the track clean allowing the trains to run nice and smooth. Cant fault it, it does exactly what it should.
