Could this be fitted to an outside wall?

Yes I don't see why not. The two side fixtures are plastic though so would eventually become brittle and shatter I think. It's an excellent solution for a wider space. Been using mine indoors for 2 months and it's been excellent for keeping my puppy safe and letting me have somewhere she can have timeout when I need to concentrate without four-legged help!

Could it be fixed too caravan walls

It relies on the wall fixings to work and It's fixed to the wall with screws - normally with masonry plugs. I guess you could use a self tapping screw or similar depending on the wall thickness

is this weatherproof? (asking because I want to know if i can use it outdoors)

I'm not sure bout water proof , I have mine outside but under a lean to so it doesn't get wet .
