These give me a much needed energy boost. I was initially taking them after being recommended them by a healthcare professional after I was suffering from palpitations and a blood test determined I was low in iron and B12. A few weeks of these and a repeat blood test showed I was back at normal levels, and my energy levels are much better (tbh I have felt so groggy for so long that I didn't even realise that there could be an underlying cause)! They are easy to swallow and are slightly bigger than your average prescription tablet, but not too big to swallow. They are great value for money and very effective, I would highly recommend them, and I have now subscribed to a monthly subscription through Amazon for them.

For anyone who has tried and abandoned iron supplementation in the past because of stomach issues this is a meaningful difference and worth factoring into the decision. Taken with food as directed and it sits comfortably. The results are where it becomes more measured. After around six to eight weeks of consistent daily use the fatigue had improved somewhat but not dramatically. Energy levels felt slightly more stable but nothing that constituted a noticeable turnaround. It's difficult to know how much of that is the supplement, dietary changes made around the same time or simply natural variation, but the improvement felt modest relative to what the packaging implies. The dose is on the lower side compared to prescription iron or higher strength supplements, which likely explains both the gentleness and the moderate results. For mild deficiency or maintenance it may be sufficient. Genuine Review: I have been using this vitamins for three days and they are amazing. I am a woman in her 30's and live a generally healthy lifestyle, however I struggle with low energy and fatigue. After taking these vitamins I feel less tired and can get up and do things, where before I felt sluggish. I am also a tea drinker and read to leave 60-90 minutes between and having these vitamins as they tea is an 'iron blocker'. In short, I would highly recommend these vitamins and I will be buying them again. I will say I bought them in the sale as they are quite expensive but they are worth the money!
