On the digestive side it largely delivers. No significant nausea, cramping or the constipation that makes some iron supplements genuinely difficult to tolerate daily. Taken with food as directed and it sits comfortably. The results are where it becomes more measured. After around six to eight weeks of consistent daily use the fatigue had improved somewhat but not dramatically.
