These supplements have really helped me with my one and off thrush - I am on long term antibiotics so in a constant battle with thrush but these supplements are the best I’ve tried at keeping thrush at bay. Definitely recommend

Boulardii which is working so far.

You can certainly find cheaper probiotics elsewhere (H&Bs acidophilus for example), but i wanted to try this because it contained garlic extract. It took about a week taking 1-2 a day to build up in my system, but now my symptoms of IBS have significantly reduced, and I am also very regular! (sorry, TMI!). As has already been said, the capsules have a strong garlic taste and on an empty stomache are likely to repeat on you - so i take mine after my main meal as it says to do on the pack. I can't comment on the effect on Candida as I don't suffer from it anymore, however i wish i'd known about this product back in my late teens when i did suffer with it, as I'm pretty sure this would have helped a lot. I am recovering from athletes foot however, and garlic is meant to help cure and prevent it, so I may stick with these to see if it does in fact prevent fungal infections as well as acting as an antibiotic. Recent studies have also shown that garlic and probiotics most likely help prevent bowel/colon/rectal cancers - so that's another reason to keep taking it. I also just feel happier because the gut is telling my brain is happier - so it can be seen as an effective antidepressent too for people whose IBS is causing them to be depressed and vice versa.

I'd been struggling with yeast and candida imbalances on and off for years. Turning 30 soon and at long last I've found something that really works! Over the moon with the results. I'm not sure whether its the garlic, grapefruit extract or bio cultures designed for the intimate floral or perhaps a combination of the 3 but it's definitely working. I've been candida free now pretty much the first week after taking these and ive almost finished my first pack. Just added more the basket to buy. Ladies don't hesitate to try this if you've been struggling like I had. 🤗

I didn’t enjoy this as much as my other optibac probiotic for women. This smelt quite strong like garlic and I felt that I couldn’t feel that the probiotics were active but I may be wrong. I don’t think I’ll purchase again. This was just to buy time between receiving my usual probiotic.

It is good, but is designed for certain types of conditions. It isnt quite right for me, yet beneficial.

This stuff is a Godsent. It helps me every time I'm experiencing bloating and other candida symptoms. Highly recommend.

I’ve been taking Bio-Kult for ten years and whenever I run out of it and stop taking my digestion changes for the worse. It does not contain Maltodextrin!! My advice is to go very slow at first because your body is getting rid of old bacteria in your gut. Take a quarter of a pill for a week then half a pill for a week and if you start to get symptoms that are undesirable, scale back again. You can work your way up to two pills slowly. Some of the die off symptoms experienced when starting are headaches, light red bumps in the form of a rash around the stomach or back area, sleeplessness, change in bowel movements. Stay the course because once you get up to two pills you will notice an increase in energy, acid reflux will resolve itself, better mood overall, and overall health will improve as candida subsides. I have taken Both the regular Bio kult in the orange box and the purple has always been good for me because of my yeast overgrowth tendencies.

This probiotic is one of the best ones I have tried. When you are sluggish it means there is a candea buildup in your system. In thr past I have needed 5 or 6 feom other products. With biokult I only needed one. A 10 thumbs up on this product. It really is superior to many competitors in the probiotic supplement field
