Sturdy as described great weights

As a woman wanting to start weight lifting these are perfect, starting on the lightest of 2kg for each arm, very impressed with quality, great value for money and quick delivery

Great set of dumbbells for someone starting out or just looking to exercise at home. These were the cheapest heaviest set when I was buying and I was a bit hesitant but after a reality check and accepting I might not ever use them I decided it was a good buy. They arrived in good time and were delivered my Yodel. The set came in an unmarked brown box with no other packaging and the dumbbells and bars were a bit dirty when I lifted them out - almost like coffee or something had been spilled over them. Wasn't too bothered tho as I easily gave them a clean. Have used them a few times and there hasn't been any problems - I'll be as fit as Arnold Schwarzenegger in no time.

I've found that the "non-slip" design actually begins cutting into your hands (quite painfully) when using this for extended periods (say you do 20 squats, 20 deadlifts etc in a row), so sticking on some gloves does wonders.That being said these are good for the price and allows you to train how you want, as the product contains a piece used to connect the two dumbells into one longer bar, this connection can however come loose, I've found using the bolts (comes with 4) and tightening them onto the connecting piece has solved the issue, overall it's decent for someone (like myself) looking to start exercising at home without breaking the bank but the issues stated above do detract from the overall quality (I've got a cut on my finger from just the anti-grip design digging in).

Received these Friday after only a few days of purchasing them. Was after a set of dumbells to just workout the arms as it's been years since I've done any such exercise. After reading the reviews I was unsure what the quality would be like as they did seem fairly cheap compared to other sets at lower weights. However I've been highly impressed so far. They come with 2 bars and a piece to attach them together to make a so called bench press however I haven't and won't use this as I've solely brought them for just bicep curls. They go up to 30kg which is more than enough for most people including myself. I would recommend purchasing these to anybody at such a great price (under £30). Do note however when they come in the packaging the box is very heavy (30kg obviously) I kind of forgot the weight and when taking them of the delivery driver they caught me by surprise and almost put my back out :(

These dumbbells are excellent for lifting with and are very adjustable and offer you a wide range of use whether that be for beginners or people who are already lifting regularly, they are easy to assemble and they are hold together very well and never become loose I would highly recomend.

Writing this review after looking to buy more weights and wanted to avoid this brand so checked my orders.These were £26.99 when I bought them in September 2019. Now for that price there's not much to complain about, hence why I hadn't, but for the £76 they're listed for now I would say avoid. They're not remotely worth more than what I paid.You'll see a couple of photos in other reviews of the grips looking crushed on the bar, that is exactly what happens with mine. With the weights on the bar in dumbbell format and the nut tightened it keeps tightening and crushes the grip. If you don't tighten much, the nut will unscrew itself with each rep, which makes lifting these things above your head quite an unwanted thrill. So to get enough space for your hand to grip you'll need to have a loose nut and loose weights, a terrible situation.They're basically fine in barbell format, I guess. Nothing spectacular and still not worth more than the £26.99 I paid.Nothing has happened in the world that could justify the seller tripling the price of these very mediocre weights, avoid the product and the seller.Oh and mine were as filthy as others were too.

Great for beginners just starting out - like me! Easy to use and adjust weights and perfect for home use. I have just started hiit and weighted circuits and as a starter set this gives me options to go up to 15kg each side - only on 5kg at the moment. Quick delivery well packaged, good price.
