nice tool bought in replacement of a defective one (refunded on 7th Oct.).
The item is nice and fit for the purpose, I am using it for grounding at home while reading books and studying.I purchased it after talking by phone with the seller as the replacement of the cable ending with a banana (4mm) plug defective. I am still waiting for the required labels to send back the defective cable (it is too loose and it is impossible to use it!). Please, give me a full refund as I maintained my word purchasing this item that works good. Thank you Amazon for the kind refund, anyway I would like to send the defective cable back but I did not have received yet the labels (postage paid) to post it. Do I have to bin it?

Cheapest grounding kit I could find
Cable is straight not coiled, can confirm earthing plug has 1MegOhm resistance. Why are grounding plugs so expensive?
