Q: Would like to return the m2 basic i bought, should have bought a model that connected to store the data on. could you please advise ?

If you enter the data yourself into any of the many smartphone apps you will be more aware of the state of your blood pressure and any comsistent changes than if you surrender it to an automated function. Personally I see no need to pay more if the basic sensing capability is adequate.

Q: Do I need to buy a battery with this product?

It comes with four AA batteries needed to power the monitor. You then need to buy new batteries after they run down. You get lots of use before the monitor indicates low battery.

Q: Received today. New batteries (tried another new set) shows only half charge. Pump slows enormously when increasing pressure. Is this normal?

I had the same problem. Just send it back and buy one that works - just make sure you buy a clinically validated device from a reputable company. There are a few devices on Amazon that are non clinically validated for accuracy, that aren’t much better than cheap toys!

Q: can you get cuff sizes in large size

We can get a large size but the price is 25 euro, the best plan is to buy an Omron M3 IT with a large -medium
