Easy to apply and remove, highly recommend.
These pain relief pads are the best I’ve used, they are comfortable to wear, wrapping around the waist means the adhesive doesn’t need to be a strong to hold them in place. Very effective for pain relief, easy to remove, great value for money. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing
These heat wraps are amazing - honestly, if you suffer from back pain a lot, get these, they keep warm for like 10 hours and make a huuuuuge difference. When they say it`s the equivalent of 6 ibuprofens they are not kidding! These have been my absolute go to product everytime I've had back issues, which unfortunately, has been quite often, and almost constant in the past 1 month. I also love the fact that you don`t have to stick them to your skin - i find the actual belt is comfortable and the size of the heat covers almost all of my lower back (I am on the plus size). I always use these and carry them with me when I go away in the event of a crisis.

Recommend by a friend after I pulled my back cycling. Not sure how healing it was but did give a soothing effect to the area. It gave off warmth rather than heat and did leave skin feeling sweaty. Comfortable to ware. Size was fine and plenty of extra band if needed ( I’m a uk size 12). Bit expensive but these type of products are.

Me ha gustado todo no puedo decir nada malo de el. La duración del calor es aproximadamente 8 horas la colocación, tamaño y permanencia en su lugar es muy buena, incluso durante la actividad del trabajo. Los resultados excelentes, en cuanto a paliar el dolor de las lumbalgias.

It took 2 days to warm up. Cannot place on the lower spinal area.

What a great find. My back is always in pain. I use these on my back a bedtime and the heat does wonders for relieving the pain. Can also be used during the day. Fits very nicely on most size people. Can have on 12 hours and then off for 12. Great product.
