The media could not be loaded.  I use masking tape for fixing down my water colour paper when painting and for leaving a white border around the edge. This masking tape fixes the paper down and I was able to remove it after several days with care. The paper did start to lift in places though, so it isn't as good as I was hoping.

I use this to hold my paper in place when I'm drawing and painting. It's just sticky enough to hold it in place or create a white straight edge area, but removes from the paper and easel/table without damaging either. Do remember to remove it from the paper within a few hours of application, though, because if it's left on overnight it starts to bond with the paper and rips the paper when removing it.

I wanted this for putting around a drawing/paintings to create a clean edge. The tape that I got would not peel off the roll easily and often an edge would remain stuck on the roll as I pulled it off ,so that I got one straight edge and one torn edge, so I had to throw away that piece and start again. It was also too tacky, so it pulled the surface of the mixed media paper that I was using. Perhaps I was unlucky, but I shall not be buying it again.

They didn't send me fixman low tack; I received Tetrosyl high tack for car spraying jobs. Peeled all the paint of the wall including the plaster skim. Has caused me a lot of trouble, I wasn't aware it wasn't suitable till the damage was done and I checked the brand on the roll which is not suitable for painting house walls with ordinary paint.

This tape was advertised to be suitable for water colour painting unfortunately not. When I remove the tape from my water colour paper it doesn't peel off easily, .Most times it lifts some of the boarder edges. Its gone in the bin!!

I have bought several brands of masking tape and find this one to be equally as good as others. It is not an overly strong adhesive but more than enough to use for masking areas for painting etc and easy to remove.Personally, I buy the masking tape to use in my sewing and machine embroidery...Often I need to hold the fabric in place when hooping the fabric/stabiliser and this is perfect for that; especially because, it holds well and also removes easily and cleanly leaving no residue on the fabric.It is a good price and I will definitely be buying more in the future. Recommended.

I purchased this masking tape as the product was described as being 'low tack'. However, when using this product to secure high quality art paper (of different weights) to a drawing board, when delicately removed it has taken the top layer of the paper off with it. This is not how you want your artwork to be framed and this can actually rip into the artwork. I am disappointed in this. I have since found some better low tack masking tape which does not do this from an art shop and it is cheaper. I do not think I will purchase this product again. However, *I will continue to use this product as general masking tape and securing the end of my aida/fabric for cross stitch and embroidery. In future, I will buy masking tape from the local cheap shops for this purpose.Ultimately, I am disappointed because this product did not suit my purposes. However, it is not a bad product - I blame the marketing of 'low tack' for this poor review.

This is an adequate tape that does what it says - it has LOW adhesion and is easy to remove. It was a bit too low in the old sticking on to things department for me, but I guess I was expecting a lot from it working in a dusty and sometimes damp environment. On its positive side it did not allow paint to bleed through when spray painting lightly, where it had stuck down enough. Giving 4 stars due to it not making any promises and being dirt cheap.
