The media could not be loaded. Very good for the price works great and comes with a belt holster and lanyard plus two 9 Volt batteries and instruction manual. This pinpointer is similar to many others made in china on amazon only seems to change the brand name. It looks good has a led light and sound with vibration that intensifies as you get closer to metal. Will have to wait to see how it holds out over time and with use. It doesn't say if it is waterproof but I will not try to find out. Most likely it Is not. First impression is good. For the price it can't be beat.

Fairly powerful, works great!

Terrific product for finding lost small metal and a very fine value for the price. It found an aluminum weed whacker part in rough grass about six inches tall and tangled. The part was a 0.6 inch diameter aluminum eyelet that had fallen down in the rough grass and was very hidden. The XPSGOLD has a short detection range of a few inches but it was totally useful for my needs. I poked the end into the grass at various points and listened for the beep. I know I'll use it again.It also has a stationary beep so it is much easier to pinpoint the small metal item. It came with two 9-V batteries, one is a spare. A great value, easy to use, and good instructions. I highly recommend it.

I have a whites pinpointer ( older one) . I gladly use this instead. It lets me know when I am closer by quicker beeps and vibration. One inch detect on coins, many inches on larger items. I have detected for 40 years. Have used pinpointer for 10 years.

I bought it to relocate exact location of my property pins, I know where general area is but it could not find any of the pins.

I own 2 of these and consider myself not a beginner detector but not a pro either. I take these to the river along with my fullsize metal detectors and dig through sand, sticks, small pebbles and anything else and they are holding up great. Batteries last a very long time and accuracy is perfect for the job I purchased it for. I know some more expensive names have more depth but I dont think thats always good if you are trying to "pinpoint" an object in a hole. They work great for me and if for any reason I lose one, I will definitely continue buying the same model.
