Drill itself works well. Changing the drill bits is a nightmare! Top of the drill should open up for removing the bit when you turn the middle part, but it just doesn't do anything. Has anyone else had that problem? Is there a solution?

I ordered this product but received a different one MS Dear instead. I didn't mind at first, even though it looks cheap. When I started to used it I realised that the drill bits don't fit properly and changing them becomes a real hustle. Another annoying part is that sometimes while using it, suddenly it stops working... it's frustrating when in the middle of the process I have to stop and wait for 10-20 min to use it again. It was quite expensive and it's not worth the money. I bought it for my personal use.I would not recommend it!

Didn't work had to send back!!!! Drill heads would not fit into machine!!!!!

This is not the drill in the photo...I ordered white and get a gold one with different logo on it saying MS Dear on it it's cheap looking and it was also missing a drill bit...I have only just had this today... I'm not even going to try it...false advertising do not buy.

Button on off switch fell off after 3rd use not impressed waiting for sellers response

It does the job, however it is not suitable for professional use. It is too weak and vibrates too much. Not the highest quality.
