Added sparkle t the street!
Used these outside over the Christmas period (Dec 24 - Jan 6) without any issues. They lit up the street (well a bit of it) and made a festive splash!

More warm yellow than white
Well packaged and work well. The way they’re strung makes them easy to put on a tree. More yellow than white but for the price, they’re good with a variety of modes

Getting ready for Christmas
The media could not be loaded. Actually I don't have to wait for Christmas to use this lovely Led Light Chain with 8 light modes. It is easy to change the light mode pressing the button on the plug adapter. 20M plenty of lights to use it in any occasion outdoor or indoor.Lovely warm white which is good for sensitive eyes on bright light.

Lovely warm outdoor Christmas lights
My family tell me I'm a Christmas lights obsessive... I haven't got one of those amazing outdoor displays you see on the local TV news at this time of year (November/December), but I can't resist buying and trying all manner of different kinds of lights. Thus, in our house, we have incandescent "fairy light" sets dating back to the 1980s, jostling for position with modern LED sets like this one. What I really love about this set is the warmth of the glow from the LEDs. The first generation of outdoor (and indoor) LED Christmas lights had an "icy" blue-ish appearance, due to the way the light was generated in the LEDs. Things have moved on a bit, and now LEDs can have a similar appearance to old-style filament bulbs. In my view, the warmer colour LEDs (like these) look a lot more welcoming and homely outside on cold winter's night. This set is a good length for a modest-sized garden. Those with enormous plots would need a larger set, or perhaps two or three of these strung together. The LEDs and wiring are waterproof (so far have survived a few British downpours, although no really severe weather yet). The small mains power supply, however, is marked "indoor use only", so you need to connect these to the mains supply under cover somehow. The remote control is reasonably intuitive, once you get used to the order in which the lights cycle around the various preset patterns. Maybe, if I was nit-picking, I'd have liked a "favourite" button, so I could save the setting that I think works best, but that's a minor gripe. As it is you have to cycle through the options until you reach the one you like. Some of them are definitely more headache-inducing than others, so choose with care!I'm a big fan of the mains supply, though, and not having to keep going out to replace batteries that have died in the winter temperatures is a definite plus.

Remote would have been useful
Good lights with a nice warm white glow. There is no remote included though, so everything is controlled via 1 button on the plug. It can be difficult to set a timer and also toggle between sequences all from the same button. This is especially the case if it's located in a socket which isn't that easy to get to.Otherwise they perform as expected and will suit most needs.
