Q: Is this fan a af or a sp fan?

Q: Are the screws provided flat on the head? I would like them to sit flush with my case.

Hello Yes the screws are level with the frame of the fans. They will fit flush as that’s what they are designed for.

Q: would one of these work ok in my pc power supply to get rid of the noisy one thats fitted

That all depends on the psu u got 3 one is solder in one is 3 pin and 4pin you need to look in there first to see, then it should be a straight swap just watch it not get zapped
