Super simple, crispy, and cheesy
These are so easy to make, but anyone you share them with will think you are an expert baker. They bake up crispy and airy with a gooey, cheesy center. Impossible to have just one. I roll the tops of the dough balls in grated cotija cheese before baking for that lovely baked cheese crunch.

Super easy to make
Super easy to make. I read about people saying that it does not raise very well and it was pretty dense. My first time cooking ended up like that. But after the cooking instructions i noticed there is a note saying.... if you knead the dought for longer it will help the bread to grow. So I worked the dough for almost 10 minutes and made about 12 balls. They grew nice and were not heavy like before. Also is good to remeber to just lightly give a round shape and not press too much.

A taste treat for anyone who loves cheese and bread.
I have visited Brazil 3 times and really loved their cheese bread, which is available at many small and large restaurants there. I found these boxes of Yoki (a Brazilian brand) and decided to try them. They are delicious and taste just like the ones I had in Brazil. Only one caution, make the balls large enough that you make no more than 1 dozen with each package. That way they rise perfectly and taste wonderfully. Crispy on the outside and chewy in the inside. Too small of balls of dough will make them too hard. Love the taste of these and they came quickly.

They came 2 months from getting expired
I thought I did something wrongBut the breading is expiredI just realized that they are all almost expired a d that’s why when I made the cheese bread it was so wired looking and tasted like it was bad.

Están muy ricas y son muy fáciles de hacer, pero estas cosas tan instantáneas, siempre tienen algo que no es normal, son ingredientes que faborecen la adicción. Inténtalo hacer en casa de forma natural !
