great product, recommended
great product, nice and fresh for a dried herb, nice small pieces but be aware that once the small pieces are dried they are very hard, would need a coffee grinder if you wanted to powder but otherwise would recomend

Perfectly clean good quality
I have seen the reviews saying the herb arrived mixed with dirt. No sign of any contamination with mine and it made a clean clear tea. I have no idea how to grade to these things but it looked and tasted like very good quality.

Order came on time. Only downturn is they should use a resealable bag for such quantities but then probably would inrease the price. Good product.

Moldy and unsafe for human consumption. Be ware
This item came moldy smelled like mildew. I'm used to drinking burdock root but as soon as I opened the bag the smell was off and not even smelling like true burdock.So I investigated it further and found the mouldy piece and another few in the bag which I didn't pull out.Luckily I got a refund. But I'm writing because I don't believe its fit for human consumption at all. Please don't drink this it will probably make you ill. Based on the other reviews I'm horrified. This seller should really check the quality of the product as this highly negligent and offensive.

Super good quality, been drinking this brand for a year and I still buy it, awesome organic produce.

It's okay but...
Bought to use in making herbal teas but having previously bought burdock root from another provider I was able to compare this one to that one and have to say this batch lacks in colour, flavour and scent. I'm still drinking it but would be lying if I said I love it. Rather bland compared to other burdock teas I've had.As for dirt in there (as mentioned in other reviews) thankfully my batch is dirt free.... not that that makes up for the lack of flavour/colour/scent.
