Great sound, easy to set up
Excellent little gadget. The reviews for this little gadget were mixed - some great and some awful, but at less than the cost of a couple of beers, I figured it was worth a punt.I've recently acquired a 57 Honda CRV EX, which being an older vehicle doesn't have the connectivity available in newer models. I'm loathe to look at changing the head unit right now as it's a big unit and incorporates all of the vehicle's voice control system, hands-free phone system, steering wheel controls and reversing camera. Up to now I've been using an extended auxiliary cable which runs from the Brodit cradle for my Xperia Z2 under the carpet to the Aux input in the centre console. With the existing setup, sound quality was passable, but the head unit volume needed to be well up and often there was a low level hum (only really noticeable on quiet parts of tracks, but annoying all the same) caused by the ground loop between the phone's charger and the Aux. The cable in use was a top notch home-made unit with Neutrik connectors and decent shielded Bandridge cable, so no room for improvement there. The packaging is simple and contains the BTR003 and a short 3.5 to 3.5 cable. I didn't use the cable as I had a nice dual Neutrik plugged lead with Van Damme cable to hand which I used instead. Setup was easy - I plugged it into the dual USB charger Aukey 4.8A / 24W Dual USB Car Charger Adapter for Apple and Android Devices (The Smallest but Most Powerful Car Charger in the World) - Black which resides in my centre console 12V socket. The phone's Bluetooth found the BTR003 within a few seconds of the ignition being switched on and pairing was instantaneous. The volume level put out by the receiver is much higher than the headphone output on my phone, so there's a lot more headroom on the stereo now, and sound quality is EXCELLENT. For mobile listening, I normally use Spotify in extreme quality and this little gadget is well up to the task. I'm generally a fussy listener, having a decent home hi-fi and a decent DAC/headphone amp/headphone setup for personal listening at home. Set against my usual standards, the bluetooth receiver doesn't dissapoint. No annoying ground loop hum, either. The phone simultaneously connects to the aux input and handsfree system via bluetooth so everything else still works as normal. At the price it's a crazy bargain. What are you waiting for? Just buy one!

Tested in Volvo C70 and Ford Transit Custom via USB connection only, on iPhone 6s & Google Pixel 3A
For our purposes, this is fantastic. We haven't tested it for long, so this is not a long-term review, but initial impressions are very good. This Justop was initially for my wife's Volvo C70, which only has Bluetooth hands-free (i.e. no music over Bluetooth). This connects to the USB socket, which is then selected via the car stereo. Once the phone is paired, it works perfectly. There is a 4-5 second delay between changing tracks and the music playing on the stereo (this is because there is essentially a specialist computer in this, which simulates MP3 files)... but, and this is a big but, the steering wheel controls work for changing tracks! (both on the Volvo and my Ford).I have also tested it on a Ford Transit Custom with an iPhone (this van already has Bluetooth, but I connect my 'hands-free' phone to that, whereas the other phone - using this - now does music and satnav).Overall, a great product, time will tell if it lasts!Note - I have tried the (much more expensive) ViseeO Tune2Air WMA2000, and although there was no delay between changing tracks (with the ViseeO) the sound was terrible (with lots of interference-like popping and clicking, making the music unlistenable on the Volvo - it also caused the Ford radio to 'lock up)). I'd be hard pressed to tell the sound quality difference, between the ViseeO and this device, especially in an automotive environment too.Tip: Remove the 3.5mm jack if you're just planning on using it via USB, as it didn't work over USB with the 3.5mm jack plugged in to the device - I suspect the USB function is dependant on the car's stereo, so your mileage may varyBonus Tip: Disable "EU Volume Limit" on the iPhone (possibly Android to), for some reason this device is picked up as a pair of headphones, so this limits the maximum volume. Disabling the limiter on the phone meant the volume through the car was as expected. Beware this does up the maximum volumes of headphones too and, on those, will probably cause hearing loss!

Cheap and effective
Been using in car. Been able to listen to digital radio, streaming music and podcasts wirelessly. Considering buying a second for my home hi-fi. Construction is cheap, as it's come apart in my hands, however it clipped back together and still works. Very much worth it for the money.

Worked really well but...
Downrated to one star as the second one has now suffered the same fault. The USB connector outer case has come away from the plastic body when its removed from the socket. Now held together with electrical tape.... fell apart when I tried to remove it from the power socket in my car. The connector pulled off the case, then the PCB fell out.I was specifically looking for a receiver that was only powered via the USB. It worked well in this respect. Pairing with my Galaxy S6 was easy and it connected to my phone every time I started the car. Sound was a little quiet but quality was OK. Shame it fell apart when I tried to remove it to plug something else in. Expect I will buy another as the alternatives all seem to be battery powered.

Works for pairing and transmitting but sound and build quality could be a lot better.
The unit worked as far as pairing and transmitting sound was concerned. Unfortunately the sound quality isn't as good as it could be, with a low output volume and some weak low end frequencies and lack of clarity. Not atrocious if you just want to be able to hear a song or transmit a phone call but worth spending out a few more pounds if you want as high quality listenable sound as direct aux.Build quality also seems very low as upon plugging the aux cable into the bluetooth receiver, it pushed the main body and circuit-board of the receiver out of the casing. It worked fine still and clicked back into the casing but still not a great sign.Overall you get what you pay for but you can get a much better unit for only a slightly higher price.

Fonctionne parfaitement
