The media could not be loaded. Es super practico! Como viene en sobrecito es conveniente para llevar cuando vas a estar fuera de casa.Lo he probado en un shake de canela, y sabe delicioso. Encima de un toast, y solo, el sabor es delicioso, si bien se siente un poco de amargo junto con dulce, pero a mi no me molesta, pues es como el dark chocolate. Pienso que sabe bien.Lo primero que sale del sobre es transparente como glicerina e inmediatamente despues viene el chocolate, por eso si lo voy a tomar directo de la bolsita, dejo salir eso primero, o lo vierto todo en un platico y lo revuelvo bien.En cuanto a cuan efectivo sera, tengo que esperar pies recien lo comence a tomar!

Good flavor, convenient packaging, but couldn't tell a difference like I can when I take the vegan collagen gummies so I switched back to them.

I like this product. I was hoping I could take it by itself but it’s too sweet for me. I have to mix it in with someone. Goes well in a smoothie or yogurt

Great Expectations Dashed by Overwhelming Sweetness
I purchased the Mary Ruth Vegan Collagen Liposomal Individual Supplement with high hopes due to its vegan nature and reputed health benefits. However, I was disappointed by the taste, which was overwhelmingly sweet and made me nauseous every time I tried to take it.I attempted to dilute it in hot water, but that was the only way I could manage it, and even then, it was a struggle. Despite reading many positive reviews, I had to discontinue use because the taste was just too unpalatable for me.While I cannot personally vouch for its efficacy due to the taste issue, I encourage those who can tolerate it to give it a try, as Mary Ruth offers great products. My low rating is solely based on the taste factor and my inability to gauge its effectiveness.

Amazing product, definitely works!
I’ve bought this product at least 3-4 times and absolutely love the benefits. It works for what is definitely intended for, taste isn’t bad. I enjoy the flavor. But in all honesty if it’s good for you is it really gonna be super super delicious. lol My only wish would be it come in a bigger package than the two weeks single serving, maybe it does and I can’t find it. But if there was 30 single servings that would seem more suitable for ordering. My nails, hair and body crave this product though so definitely will keep ordering.
